Lucas's New Friend

"Strawberry jam or peanut butter? Lucas and Willy like both, they even mix them together. But do I need to buy another jam so they don't get bored?" Amanda mumbled as she looked at the two jars of jam in her hand in confusion.

It was time for her monthly grocery shopping, she usually stocked up on food supplies in her kitchen. Since Lucas happened to be at school, Amanda could shop freely.

Usually Lucas would whine and ask for lots of snacks to buy. Amanda would still buy snacks for her son, but not in excess.

"Oh avocado, it looks good. Mixed with chocolate-flavored sweetened condensed milk, it'll be delicious," she said and selected some sweet-looking avocados.

Amanda wandered around the shopping center again. She hummed softly as she selected the groceries she needed.

From the outside, Amanda only looked like an ordinary woman who was enjoying her life, but no one knew about her past as a former secret agent.
