Dark, slightly frightened, purple eyes met Lianna's own.
"Mel, was it?" Lianna asked, extending a hand. "Sorry to bother you, but I wanted to say hi."
She was actively trying to be as smooth as she could, due to the unfortunate fact that this girl very well could just get up and run away if she'd heard the rumors surrounding Lianna.
The look she received after her sudden greeting was one of pure, raw confusion. As though the girl wanted to ask something like "why in the world would you want to do that?" but didn't have the confidence for it.
