COURTNEY'S POV

"Courtney, I know you're angry with me," he started carefully. "..but may I speak with Eleanor? I haven't had the chance to speak with her properly about her pregnancy," he asked me.

"Are you actually serious about Eleanore?" I asked him. "I told you I would kill you if you proved to be just messing around with her."

"I know how this looks but I do love Eleanore. I know I am known for being a womanizer and I can appear unserious at times but that doesn't mean I don't actually want to be in a proper stable relationship someday. I feel I could have done that with Eleanore. I regret the situation I've put her in, the last thing I want is for her to have to raise the child alone or possibly lose her life," he said sounding pained. "In the end, I want to be there for her and work through this with her."
