P.S= #4: The Beginning Of Our Journey Part #4

[In a carriage]

The atmosphere inside the carriage was thick with tension, a suffocating silence broken only by the disturbing conversation that unfolded.

Kiyomizu, her voice laced with apprehension, dared to question, "She's sleeping now. Tell me, where are we going?"

King, an air of deception in his words, responded with false charm, "Don't worry, somewhere nice, I promise."

But the promise held no solace. As the journey continued, King's actions grew increasingly repulsive. His hands encroached upon Kiyomizu's leg, his fingers tracing an unsettling path beneath her kimono, their every move radiating a dark, unwelcome intention.

A vile smile adorned King's face as he asserted his dominance with cold cruelty, "As long as you're useful in bed, you will be fine."

Kiyomizu, her eyes filled with disgust and hatred, cast a chilling gaze upon King, a silent testament to her resolve not to succumb to his twisted desires. The driver, witnessing this uncomfortable exchange, turned his attention away, the tension in the carriage becoming unbearable, as the journey plunged deeper into the forest.

"Master, there's someone ahead of us. No, wait, it's two people," the driver reported.

 King inquired, "Who are they?"

"It's a boy and a girl, the boy has two sword so I guess he a slayer like you sir," the driver informed.

"A slayer, huh? This could be interesting," the king mused.

Kiyomizu couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope, thinking to herself, "Thank goodness someone has come to rescue us."

The king decided to step out of the carriage to confront the newcomers. Cory, wasted no time in addressing the king.

"Are you the one responsible for kidnapping young girls?" Cory asked with a determined tone.

King responded callously, "Yes, and who wants to know?"

Cory persisted, "Don't you realize that such actions are not only tarnishing your reputation as a slayer but also causing harm to innocent people? It goes against the slayer code."

With a heavy heart, Cory dropped to his knees and bowed his head, pleading, "I implore you, please put an end to this madness."

king remained resolute, replying, "I will not."

Cory's eyes narrowed, his disbelief and indignation evident as he replied, "Huh."

king, seemingly unapologetic, adopted an air of nonchalance as he explained, "We slayers serve humans by protecting them from Ayakashies. What's wrong with a little fun?"

Cory couldn't let the matter rest, his voice laced with conviction, "But it's wrong, stooping so low, hurting other people, all for the sake of sex and money."

King, growing impatient, declared, "That's enough. I will be going on my way."

As King attempted to walk away, Cory's desperation led him to take drastic action. He ran towards the king and grabbed hold of him, his voice trembling with sincerity, "No, please, listen to me. We can live together as one. The more you do, the more the people will hate us."

In response to Cory's plea, king violently kicked him away, his voice filled with anger, "Get the hell off me, you brat!" The force of the kick sent Cory sprawling, a stark contrast to the idealistic hopes he had harbored moments earlier.

"Do you know who I am I am King from the Slayer System." said King.

As the present circumstances weighed heavily on Cory's mind, a distant memory began to resurface. He found himself transported back to that pivotal moment seven years ago when he sat beside his grandfather, Raphael, on the ground with his brother, Arthur, by his side.

"Boys," Raphael had begun, his voice resonating with the depth of experience, "in this world, we slayers are feared by people."

Cory, ever curious, had questioned, "But why, Grandpa? We aren't the Ayakashies."

Raphael had nodded in understanding, appreciating the innocence in Cory's inquiry. He had replied, "No, we aren't. But, you see, some slayers are far more dangerous than Ayakashies. Remember always to protect the people, for someday, those very people will protect you."

The memory served as a poignant reminder of his grandfather's wisdom, echoing through the years. Cory carried those words with him, reinforcing his commitment to being a protector of humanity, a beacon of hope in a world where not all slayers shared their noble intentions.

In the present, as the confrontation escalated, Cory rose to his feet, brushing dirt from his clothes. The tension in the air was palpable as he made his decision clear.

Cory, his voice unwavering, declared, "If you won't listen to me and stop this, then I guess I will stop you myself."

King, an unsettling smirk on his face, responded with a twisted sense of anticipation, "Eheheheh, then come at me, boy. It's been ages since I took someone's life."

With determination in his eyes, Cory quickly turned to Ava and issued a command, "Ava, get them out of the carriage and untie them."

Ava acknowledged with a brisk, "Roger that."

Cory took a deep breath, his voice laced with conviction, "I'm the type of person who hates war and fighting, but if it means I have to dirty my hands to stop people like you, then I will."

King, not one to be easily deterred, raised an eyebrow, "Hmm, tough talk coming from a boy."

Their swords drawn, both Cory and King charged at each other. The clashing of steel against steel echoed through the forest as their battle began. King swung his sword towards Cory's head, but with a swift motion, Cory deftly blocked the attack.

Cory retaliated with a strike aimed at King's chest, but the wily monarch evaded it. King launched a flurry of strikes, attacking from multiple angles, momentarily catching Cory off guard. However, the young slayer managed to regain his composure, skillfully dodging the rapid onslaught.

King couldn't help but smile, his voice dripping with arrogance, "You're not half bad, kid, but you're not good either."

With renewed determination, King dashed towards Cory, thrusting his sword in a deadly strike. But Cory, resolute in his purpose, blocked the attack, demonstrating his unwavering determination.

King taunted, "It's useless. Do you think a newbie like you can beat me, a man who has years of experience?"

Ava, having successfully freed the captives, encouraged Cory, saying, "They are untied, so give him hell."

Cory grinned, his spirit unbroken, "Right."

With unwavering resolve, the battle between the experienced king and the determined young slayer continued, with Cory's determination shining through in his response, "I don't think I can beat you; I know I can..."

[Flashback]

The echoes of Raphael's words from years past lingered in Cory's mind, serving as a source of inspiration in the heat of battle.

"Always remember this," his grandfather had said, "when you're in a tough spot in a fight or when things look hopeless and you want to give up, just remember, the sky is the limit."

[Present]

With the memory of his grandfather's wisdom fueling his determination, Cory delivered a resolute declaration, "Because the sky is the limit."

Swiftly, Cory managed to kick king away from him, gaining a momentary advantage. He wasn't just fighting for himself; he was determined to reveal the true essence of being a slayer.

The king, his arrogance unwavering, sneered, "Why, you little..."

Cory reached for his second sword, carefully coating both of his blades with State 2 Haku, a potent energy, and then transforming the Haku into shadow drive, a formidable technique. king, underestimating Cory, stood still, believing that a mere boy couldn't pose a real threat to him.

As tension hung in the air, Cory and King charged at each other with a ferocity.

Cory shouted with resolve, "DARK TIGER SWORD STYLE: DARK SOARING SLASH!"

With unparalleled skill and power, he executed the technique sending two dark slashes, King tries to block them but one of them shatters his sword. and the other cuts him in his chest he falls to the ground King, stunned and defeated, murmured, "But how can I lose to a boy..."

Cory approached the fallen king, his voice filled with conviction, "To protect the people, that's what it means to be a slayer. And my dream is to become one of the 5 Heavenly Generals so I can protect my people."

With the battle won, Cory walked over to Kiyomizu, Ava, and Chloe, who had been watching with bated breath. Ava couldn't hide her admiration, "Good job, boss."

Cory, his face adorned with a triumphant smile, raised two fingers of his left hand—the middle and index finger—an emblem of his unyielding resolve and victory.

Cory, his dreams and ambitions burning brightly in his eyes, extended his hand in introduction, "Hey, I'm Cory, and my dream is to become one of the 5 Heavenly Generals."

Kiyomizu, with a warm smile, responded, "Oh, well, I'm Kiyomizu Kinzoku, and this is Chloe."

Cory, his passion for world-saving evident, continued, "I want to save the world, don't you?"

Kiyomizu hesitated for a moment before conceding, "I guess."

Cory, brimming with determination, extended an invitation, "Would you like to join my crew?"

Chloe, trusting in her friend's decision, readily agreed, "Yes, we will."

Kiyomizu, after some consideration, relented, "Chloe..."

Chloe reassured her, "Don't worry, I trust them."

With a hint of a smile, Kiyomizu finally agreed, "Fine, I guess we can join."

Cory, filled with excitement, grinned and called out, "Let's go, Ava!"

Ava, began her transformation into her fearsome Dragon form. Kiyomizu and Chloe watched in awe as Ava underwent her impressive change.

Kiyomizu couldn't help but express her amazement, "Wow, she's a Trinity."

Cory confirmed, "Yes."

Kiyomizu, intrigued, asked, "But isn't Trinity like small pets?"

Cory clarified, "Yeah, but she's a special one. Hop on."

Kiyomizu and Chloe climbed onto Ava's back, and she took off into the sky, her powerful wings propelling them forward.

[The train station]

Cory guided them to their destination and announced, "Here we are."

Kiyomizu, puzzled, inquired, "But isn't this the train station? I thought you were going to take us with you."

Cory explained with care, "I will, but it's not safe for little Chloe here. So, I'm sending her to my kingdom. This train goes straight into my kingdom, and my friend will take care of her. When you're older, I will personally come for you."

Chloe, filled with trust and hope, sought assurance, "Promise."

Cory affirmed with a smile, "I promise."

Chloe embraced Kiyomizu, and tears welled up in their eyes.

Kiyomizu choked back her emotions, saying, "I'm going to miss you. Bye."

Chloe, tearful yet hopeful, whispered, "Bye, Kiyomizu. Bye, Cory. Bye, Ava."

Cory and Ava prepared for their departure. Cory gave the order with determination, "Ava, full speed ahead."

Ava, responding promptly, accelerated to their maximum speed, and they soared through the sky with breathtaking velocity.

Kiyomizu, gripped by the sheer beauty of the world from high above, marveled, "Woooaahh. It's beautiful, isn't it?"

Cory, his heart full, agreed with a smile, "Yeah, it is."

Kiyomizu held on to Cory's waist, her face radiating pure joy, as they embarked on their journey together, their destinies intertwined.

A couple of hours had passed since the intense battle between King and Cory In the midst of the aftermath, a tall man with a striking scar etched across his face strode through the quiet forest. He was adorned in a black and white suit, the epitome of sleek professionalism. Draped over his shoulders was a white haori, elegantly embellished with the prestigious crest of the Slayer System, marking his affiliation, with his distinguished rank prominently displayed above it.

As he continued his contemplative walk through the forest, his keen eyes fell upon the abandoned carriage that had borne witness to the ferocious clash. His gaze then gravitated towards an unexpected sight King and the driver, both bound to a sturdy tree, with King unconscious. The man knelt down beside them, a deep concern etched on his countenance.

"Who did this to you guys?" he inquired, his voice tinged with both curiosity and alarm.

The driver, with a weary but knowing look, responded, "A boy. he had sliver blue hair and sky blue eyes his name was Cory yea yea Cory "

Without hesitation, the man retrieved his phone and dialed a number, initiating a call that would reach across great distances

[Elsewhere in the world Elder Celeste HQ]

A voice resonated through the halls of the headquarters, a voice of significance.

"Atlas," Lady Rebecca called.

She, swiftly responded, "What is it, Atlas?"

Atlas reported, "I have arrived at the city."

Rebecca inquired, "And?"

Atlas continued, "I found the man named King, the one who has been kidnapping people."

Lady Rebecca , her interest piqued, asked, "Oh?"

Atlas proceeded with his update, "But he was taken out by him."

Rebecca sought clarification, "By who?"

Atlas provided the name that held power in those streets, "Coryeil Silva."

A sense of understanding flickered in Lady Rebecca 's eyes as she acknowledged the gravity of the situation. "I see."

Atlas relayed the additional information he had gathered, stating, "The man right here said that he took two girls with him. It seems that he has recruited two new members for his crew."

Rebecca's expression darkened with determination. "I see. Hurry up and dispose of King. How dare he tarnish the name of the Slayer System."

Atlas, ever loyal and dedicated, assured her, "I will. But, Lady Rebecca , do you think that he's related to that old man's prediction?"

[Flashback: 10 years ago]

In a dimly lit chamber, the air was heavy with tension as an ominous prophecy was foretold. An old man, his appearance weathered by time and wisdom, spoke with a voice that seemed to carry the weight of the ages.

"Thirteen years from now," he began, his words resonating with an almost mystical aura, "a boy with light blue hair as vibrant as the sky and eyes that mirror that same brilliant blue, adorned with a big, heartwarming smile, will rise to confront you all."

All the elders off that time and listen to the man they, exchanged knowing glances. It was a future they couldn't fully grasp, a future wrought with uncertainty.

"He will become the savior of this world," the old man continued, his words echoing through the chamber. "He will carry the will of Izumi, His name will be Coryeil Silva."

Amidst the gravity of the prophecy, a man named Kohaku, his face etched with a sinister resolve, delivered a chilling command, "Kill him."

Little did they know that the name spoken with reverence by the old man, the name that would become etched in the annals of destiny, was Coryeil Silva. His destiny was sealed, and a path to greatness lay ahead, one that would define not only his own fate but the very future of the world itself.

I love the happy ending with Cory, Kiyomizu, Ava and Chloe.
