Logan knew what Lexi Carr was thinking and did not feel his question was offensive. He answered softly.
"This is a little yellow chrysanthemum I picked from the cliffside. It's nothing special and doesn't hold any secret. If there's anything special about it, it's probably that I have a particular affinity with it. I wanted to grow this yellow chrysanthemum, but it turned out to be exceptionally difficult to cultivate. Even with Life Spring Water, it only recovered a bit of its vigor."
Lexi Carr seemed to understand yet not quite, but he roughly grasped that this must be some sort of emotional totem, something private about Logan, so he refrained from making further comments.
"Would Young Master Logan like to water it with more Spirit Spring Water? Perhaps that would help."
"No need. I think plants are like humans; they're fine as long as they're fed. Overfeeding is bad, whether with good or bad things. Let's just leave it at that."
