Tigra | 19
Level 84 (7955/25200) | 31.57%
…
Tigra huffed on her knees as she sat down in her training room. All around her were signs of magic being used; a little burn here, a little bit of static there, and some ice somewhere.
"Honestly, it's getting harder to make spells. Shouldn't it be getting easier? I know way more spells now than in the past, yet…"
Her back laid on the ground.
'Depending on how tomorrow goes, I could be completing a lot of quests. Depending on how Power views it, I could complete One Step Left since it wants me to become the S.I.C. of the Horde, but I'd be going past that to Lorde of the Horde. So, if this goes off without too much of a hitch, I could complete One Step Left and The New Leader for simply becoming the Horde Lorde, along with Lord No More for removing Hordak from the position.
By completing those quests, I'd receive: 50,000 EXP, Title: [Second-in-Command] - which likely replaces Force General the same way it replaced Force Captain - from One Step Left; 100,000 EXP, Title: [Horde Lorde], 3 trait points, 2 trait upgrades from The New Ruler; and 80,000 EXP, REP with Hordak set to [Nemesis], 3 trait points from Lord No More. And that's not including whatever their Hidden Objectives are.'
Tigra hummed as her eyes shifted as she was doing math.
'Just those three missions without their hidden rewards would give me 230,000 EXP, 6 trait points, and 2 TUP. While most definitely a lot, I've had One Step Left and The New Leader ever since I became a Force Captain. They're simply happening at the same time because we're taking over after getting rid of Hordak.'
She did the math before frowning lightly.
'Despite how huge that would be when I was lower leveled, that's going to get me about 9 levels. Which, while great, just further tells me that EXP per level is going to become so large that I'm going to stagnate unless I keep getting more quests.'
She jumped back up onto her feet before creating 11 clones before looking at them.
"All of you practice with Lightning Chain. Seeing as it isn't an attack spell, you should be able to use it for me."
They nodded before walking off.
Tigra looked at her traits before wincing.
"I forgot about Limit-Breaker. Power, what would it look like if I upgraded it?"
Limit-Breaker would give you two options for its upgrade.
Option A: Time Span
[Limit-Breaker II - Up to 4 times a month, you can upgrade a spell to the next class. The month timer starts right when you use 1 point and continues until it is full. You will still gain 1 point a week, but can now store up to 4 points.]
Option B: Multiple
[Limit-Breaker II - Every week, you can upgrade a spell up to 2 higher classes. Example: A spell that maxes out at LV 100 - Advanced Class - will upgrade to Mastery Class - LV 150 - without needing to go through the Expert Class. - LV 125]
…
"Option A is better for making sure that I don't lose out on accidentally missing a week and, should I need to, I can store them and use multiple at once at the cost of waiting longer to do so again.
Option B is better if I can stay punctual on using it. If I use it every time I have it, I could upgrade a total of 8 classes compared to option 1's 4 times.
They both have pros and cons. Power, can you show me the hypotheticals if I used another TUP on them?"
Depending on your choice, you have 3 choices:
Option AA: Time-Time Span*
This option allows the storage of up to 12 points and you gain 2 points a week.
Option AB: Time-Multiple*
This option combines both of the original ones, allowing you the ability to store 4 points that each allow you to skip 1 class for a spell.
Option BB: Multiple Multiple*
This option would allow you to skip 2 classes for spells once a week.
*For the sake of simplicity, these would not be the names given to the trait
…
Tigra sighed and chose Option A: Time Span.
"I'm going to be too busy for the next month and this would allow the most flexibility and emergency use." She decided.
TUP used! One point added to Limit-Breaker due to upgrading it!
[Limit-Breaker II - Up to 4 times a month, you can upgrade a spell to the next class. Available: 2 / 4]
…
'Use Limit-Breaker II twice on Lava Armor. Doing that should bring Lava Armor up to Mastery level.'
Lava Armor Upgraded!
[Lava Armor LV 100 (0/20000) - Allows the user to channel large amounts of magic to surround themselves in armor that multiplies their CON by a maximum of 45 [previously 35]. Multiplier: (1 + MP_USE / 0.75 [One with Fire] / (400 - LV * 2). Maximum at: 6600 MP use per minute. Damage: MP_USE/2 * 3.75 [Fire Bonus: 53,359]
…
Tigra breathed in before her form turned into pure fire through Fire Form before Lava Armor activated.
"I've got three spells going: Fire Form, Lava Armor, and Clones. Well, I guess Dash could be leveled up a few times. Just enough not to just barely prestige before tomorrow. Last thing I need is for that to be too low to be helpful."
Lightning Armor, Haste, and Fire Charge joined the list.
"Huh." She muttered, despite all of the magic coming off of her. "Even with all of those going, I have a spare 3000 MPR. Guess I could throw in one of those training spells. Oh!"
Her eyes went to her sheet.
"Trait Shop - Light and Earth."

…
[Omni-Maniac - All Spells gain 3x as much EXP as they would normally]
…
"Nice." She removed Haste to make further room.
"Now then, how does Stoneskin feel?"
Turns out, itchy.
As she channeled her magic as usual, but with the feeling of Earth magic coming from Omni-maniac, it stayed around the skin layer but seemed to tough it.
[Stoneskin LV 1 (0/50) - Decreases damage taken by 5%. MP: 50]
…
"Keep this going for maybe 10 minutes at most. And how about Brighten?"
She focused the magic to her left hand and watched as her hand started to glow. Not light how haste would create light around her hand, but as if there was light coming from inside her hand.
Its brightness level was maybe on the level of a dying flashlight, but could be handy for many without night vision.
"Alright, let's do this. I have 8 hours until I need to sleep."
Off she went.

…
Tigra returned to her training room, dropping her spells.
"Okay. I have a few options left for the next few hours. I focus on mastering the next level of control spells for each element; go through my spellbooks to see if they recommend any new spells and see if I can get closer to finishing the spellbooks to get the bonuses from the quest; or dash for the remainder and potentially stop at a high enough level."
"Wait a moment. Power, why did Lightning Chain gain the Spellbook bonus? I didn't learn that from a spellbook."
Correct.
However, you are in possession of a spellbook you have connected with that contains said spell. It, along with Lightning Shield, belongs to: Silva's Spellbook.
…
"Huh. Even in another reality, Ma's still looking out for me." She whispered. "Well…use 2 skill points to purchase the next level control spell for Earth and Light."
Spells [Harden] and [Shine] purchased! [16 points remain]
[Harden LV 1 (0/100) - Adept level Earth spell. Through the use of this, your muscles tense up enough to be as strong as a full grown tree. While using this, Strength is multiplied by 1.5. MP: 70/m]
[Shine LV 1 (0/100) - Adept level Light spell. Through the use of this, your body starts to be able to direct light that hits your body. You can focus this light into a bright beam of light or into a large radius of light capable of illuminating up to 100 feet with ease. MP: 70/m]
…
Harden interested her before she started using it along with Lightning Form. Tigra's muscles pulsed for a moment before she could feel the Earth magic sticking to her muscles.
STR: 260 → 390
…
Her 11 clones used Lightning Form as well.
"Alright, let's wrap up with Lightning Form."
'I'm not going to get much from this time limit except for Dash, and Hordak's not going to be able to react to my speed easily, even without my magic. Considering with YAS, Cheetah, and Dash, I have a 565.47 multiplier to my top speed, which is already 264 mph thanks to the massive level ups in dash. Giving me a top speed of Mach 194.6 without magic.'
Tigra blinked at that.
"I can move as fast as I was at the Northern Reach without magic? It's starting to grow insanely fast."
'Power, can you calculate my top speed with magic but without Phoenix or Potential Avatar?'
Speed: 264 [DEX/9*1.25 [Hare]] * 6.75 [YAS, Cheetah, Fire Charge] * 7.5 [Lightning Armor] * 3 [Raiju] * 125.66 [Dash] * 2.495 [Haste] * 4 [Dilation]
= 264 * 190,464.44
= Mach 65,547.2 | 7.495% SoL
…
Tigra whistled.
"Considering Etheria's equator is about 53,400 miles long, that means I could run around the planet in…3.824 seconds."
At full speed, including your exceptions, it would be 2.447 seconds.
…
"New goal after finishing this situation up."
Next Day
400 EXP gained
Lightning Form gained 375 [base EXP] * 2.1 [Self + 11 clones] * 12 [Omni-maniac and Prodigy] * 300 [5 Hrs] = 2,835,000 EXP!
Lightning Form leveled up! LV 1 → 75!
[Lightning Form LV 75 (60000/75000) - While using this form, lightning resistance is reduced to 99%, Earth damage is 2x, Water is 1.5x. Lightning damage is multiplied by 1 + (75/(100*0.75 [One with Lightning]): 200% or 2x. MP: 265/m]
…
-----------------------
The day began off the same as every other day for most of the members of the Horde.
Force Commanders were meeting with the new squadrons that would be coming into the war in the next 2 months. The new Cadets were going through their last classes that will end next week.
Force Captains and Generals were called for a meeting with the Second in Command to discuss the next major plans involving the war.
Entrapta would be stuck in the communications room though, as certain frequencies seemed to be experiencing problems that, if not contained, could infect other machinery and put the Horde's robot production on hold for days. Which would be devastating with the amount of robots needed to be produced with how many are destroyed in the war every day.
A lot of students were mildly upset at hearing that Tigra would be putting their special classes or training sessions on hold for the next month, with the simple explanation that she expected herself to become incredibly busy enough that she wouldn't be able to help train them.
A click-clack could be heard going through a hallway as clawed feet walked across the ground. The lights flashed for a moment, revealing it to be Tigra stopping at a door before the lights settled.
The door slid open just as a message was sent out to a dozen tablets.
The Tigress has engaged the chief of the swarm.
Tigra walked into the room and stared into the red scleras of Horde Lord Hordak. He was wearing his usual armor, yet she could make out a few new modifications. Something about his right hand had been modified and his armor itself seemed to be made from more of the First One and Horde technology than before.
[Lorde Hordak | Age: 64]
[Level: 123]
[HP: 32,190]
[Armor: 90%]
…
Tigra immediately activated Neuron to allow her to react as quickly as she needs to. The instant Hordak makes a move or does something, YAS, Raiju, Cheetah, and Dilation are activating if her magic gets blocked. If it doesn't, Lightning Armor, Haste, and Fire Charge will be joining.
Then dash.
'I earned the trait Overkill for a reason. I can't fail this, otherwise Catra's going to have to either remove Hordak herself or throw me to the side to stay safe. And I know what way she would choose.'
"General," Hordak's eyes narrowed. "I don't recall giving permission to enter my Sanctum. But I guess this isn't friendly, is it?"
Hordak hummed, but gave no reaction except annoyance.
"Your cancellations of your classes, the sudden failures to every frequency connected to mine and several other soldiers, alongside the meeting with Captains and Generals aren't painting a good picture. Why, one could assume a takeover is in place."
His arm shifted before being surrounded by a blaster.
"Then there's the apparent ability for you to enter my Sanctum, despite only myself being able to open the door with limited access to those I give it to. So answer me this, would you?"
Hordak stood up, his left hand gliding across his armchair.
"What manner of execution do you and my Second in Command wish for?"
[Magic has been blocked!]
The instant Neuron went down, YAS, Raiju, Cheetah, and Dilation activated.
Perfected Instincts warned that something was coming from behind her and dashed to the side, moving 0.267% the speed of light.
She easily got out of the way of a surge of electricity around the flooring.
'Why would it warn me of that?' She pondered.
She pushed it to the side and dashed towards Hordak.
Only for his blaster to already be pointing towards her, which took her aback.
An electric burst of energy came out and formed into an almost net.
Instincts warned again before she used her speed to kick against the air, pushing her out of the way.
"Interesting." Hordak spoke. "Your instincts are outstanding. I was 78% sure that you would have ignored the electricity and gone through it or simply let it hit you. After all, you can't be hurt by attacks made out of electricity."
'How does he…'
"Entrapta." She spoke. "She talked about her research over me with you."
"Correct. We came to the conclusion that your DNA is unstable. That it can adapt to nearly anything if exposed to it for a long enough time. Except for your cells. Those can only be affected as long as something else is being affected. Your body can still be affected by static and your body's reactions tell me the truth: You are somehow immune to electrical attacks, not electricity itself."
Tigra narrowed her eyes but not for the reason Hordak suspected.
Cheetah would run out of time in 15 seconds, YAS in 2:45, Dilation in 4:45, and Raiju in 59:45. While she's not worried about the last 2, she'll be reduced to nearly a fifth of her speed in 3 minutes.
While normally not a problem, Hordak's blaster knew where she was at this speed.
The sound of machinery started up.
Machinery that she recognized.
'I've got maybe 1 minute before I run out of oxygen. I can hold my breath for 70 seconds before passing out due to how move I'll be moving.'
Tigra dashed forward towards Hordak, who fired once more at her.
Except, he would be wrong if he thought he was the target.
She dashed past him and struck the armchair that he had touched, destroying part of the throne in a massive breakage of electricity and wires.
-500 HP from natural electrical current
…
Tigra ignored it as that would be healed within 11 seconds.
Hordak growled before hearing his machinery slow to a stop with a shocked look.
"What? That wouldn't have shut the machines off." He muttered. "It would have to be turned off by someone else. But who…"
Hordak paused before his eyes widened before furrowing with a snarl on his face as he glared at Tigra.
"You turned Entrapta against me." He accused.
"In a way," She admitted. "She's the reason I didn't just tear your head or heart from your body."
Tigra vanished before kicking his charging blaster upwards, shooting a stream of lightning out and into the ceiling.
"In order to gain Entrapta's full support with this, I had to promise that I would leave you alive as she cares about you. In exchange, she needs to block your communication and disable any machines that suddenly activate within this half hour period."
His eyes widened once more as the implication of what she said struck him.
[Magic has been unblocked!]
…
Tigra immediately became surrounded in blue lava from Lava Armor before her body swayed like fire from Fire Form.
With all of that, she immediately grabbed his blaster and melted it.
He screamed out from the molten material flowing off of his hand.
Only for Tigra's arm to glow white as she healed him through Heal and Regenerate - Healing him for 11,250 HP per minute.
He threatened our Chosen. He said he would execute her. He sent us to the Waste to die. It's time for his consequences to bite him.
"Hordak," She started, the ground under her slowly turning a light orange. "Remind me: What were you going to do to Catra?"
He stayed silent but didn't lose his glare.
"Hordak," She lightly sang before gripping his chest, causing his armor that he wore to start to melt now. "I asked you a question."
She pressed her hand on his chest harder.
"So answer." She growled.
He could only yell out in anguish as his chest was burning. The smell of burning flesh, muscle, and blood started to fill the room.
She pulled the arm back before using Chill with a lot of MP to lower the temperature drastically around the arm, cooling the melted material until it was no longer glowing orange.
"What. Were you going to do. To my Catra?"
"What I should have done when you were in the Waste." He growled out.
Silence filled the room as the two occupants glared at each other.
"I thought you were smart, Hordak." Tigra admitted. "You knew to take me by surprise by lying that Lucy was a traitor. Then immediately took advantage of me being shocked that Shadow Weaver escaped. It was a good improvised plan. There won't be a better time to try and get rid of me than that. But yet, you keep making the same damn mistake, time after time!"
She stomped on his ankle, snapping it with ease and a cry of pain.
"You read my Codex. It literally states for you to not take my family hostage. That I value them above all else and will not care for collateral damage. And yet, that was your third threat of killing Catra, the one I value above everyone else."
Tigra exploded with fire around her as the entire room reflected the blue light from the flames. The floor around her - except underneath Hordak - was glowing white now. Thanks to her ability to control her flames, she can also control the heat she produces from them.
Hordak is feeling the pure dry, burning heat coming off of her as any moisture in the room vanishes.
Tigra grabbed him under his chin and held him up, careful to only have the heat hot enough to make him aware of what his fate would be should he continue this path.
"I told this before: Catra comes before Entrapta. Should I just get rid of you now, I'll lose any good will with Entrapta, but I'd rather do that than let someone who will target Catra live one. More. Day." She growled out.
She pulled him close enough that she could see her blazing orange eyes in his.
"I am 1 smart ass, sarcastic comment away from melting your forearm with your elbow. Then your wrist, knuckles, before finally shoulder. Until that arm will only be useful to point to the person who you pissed off." She warned.
"You are no longer in control here. Shadow Weaver may have threatened me with Catra and Adora, but I knew she wouldn't follow through should I keep working under her and getting results. You? I nearly brought down Brightmoon with Catra and you have the gall to punish me for not doing something I was never informed I needed to do. I despise Weaver, but I am willing to kill you."
"So answer me this one question before we continue."
Tigra had blue blames swirling around her mouth, licking forward and caressing Hordak's white face before turning a salmon pink color from the heat.
"Who is in charge of the Horde?"
"M-Me."
Tigra slammed her other hand into his chest as the air escaped his lungs.
Tigra snapped her fingers before another clone appeared.
"This clone will fire an arrow made of blue flames capable of going through 2.5 feet of steel."
11 blue arrows appeared around the clone.
"You sure you don't want to change your answer?"
He hasn't paid enough yet. Not nearly enough.
"But please, keep holding onto your delusion that you'll walk out of this room, still the leader of the Horde, and me being sent to Beast Island or a shooting squad."
"P-Prime will…end you." He rasped out.
"I'm sorry, Hordak. That is the wrong answer."
---------------------
Catra looked down at her tablet with slight worry.
'Tigra should have messaged back about 10 minutes ago. While not too long, that's an eternity for her.'
"-Captain Behuma will be focusing on Salineas and getting around the Sea Gate." General Judai told, having to come up with fake plans on the spot due to the fact Tigra hadn't messaged them yet. "Without that blocking us, we could get ships straight to Brightmoon."
At that moment, 6 tablets chimed at the same time.
Catra looked down at hers, with Serena, Lonnie, and Judai following suit.
Head removed. Bury the body.
No sooner did she read that, did the doors to the room slam shut, the emergency red lights turned on, and the lights turned off.
As several Captains and Generals stood up in alarm, Catra started sparking yellow lightning.
She moved and quickly struck all of the targets in the chest as a loud bang resounded inside the room.
Anyone who wasn't thrown into the walls from the impacts were covering their ears as the bang echoed loudly around the enclosed room.
After 15 seconds, the lights returned and various captains and generals were stunned to see Captains Lonnie and Serena holding down several captains, General Han kneeling on two Generals while pointing two blasters at another two on the ground, and General Judai standing tall as 4 other captains were holding the last targets down.
"Sorry for the sudden drama." Catra told, letting the spell fall. "It's just, there's been a change in management."
An intercom across the Fright Zone turned on.
--------------------
"This is Hordak, Former Horde Lord of the Horde, Ruler of the Fright Zone kingdom.
As of 11:39 this morning, I am no longer your leader.
After 40+ years leading you, I realize that it is time for the next generation to determine how the Horde should act for the future.
As for my replacement, two people were approached:
One has been my second in command for the last 14 months and her drive to lead the Horde is second to none. Her strategies almost allowed us to take Brightmoon in a month, something that hasn't happened once in the last 10 years. I am talking about Second In Command Catra.
The second one gained their reputation for improving their skills at a rate never seen before in the Horde. The one soldier that defeated the previous fastest person on Etheria known as Bolt. The soldier who would go on to attunement with the Spirit Ember and become the second Princess to fight for the Horde. Who has proven that they want to create a Horde that, while strong together, will always be able to protect themselves as well as others. I am referring to Force General Tigra, the Heroine of the Horde.
They decided to lead the Horde together, with Tigra building up the Horde in the present and with Catra focusing on leading the Fright Zone into a prosperous kingdom.
With the two of them leading the Horde, I can sleep easy knowing that none will be able to get away with hurting a member of the Fright Zone."

With that message spoken out, Tigra shut down Hordak's tablet and looked over at the unconscious Hordak.
"Heal and Regenerate really are amazing. There's no sign that he had been pierced over 100 times, except for the hole filled armor. But really Hordak; did you think I allowed you to keep talking just because of Entrapta?"
She sat on the broken throne and crossed her legs while a smirk graced her face. All the while, the broken throne had small blue flames resting on the throne, as if a blue wildfire was calming down around it.
"I needed a simple program to gather enough data of your voice to mimic it. From there, it was easy to make the transition simple."

Tigra gained a spine chilling grin as she looked over the massive increase to her threat level in this small amount of time.
"I can't be hurt by fire, water, electricity, or ice now. That would remove the Black Garnet, the Pearl, Spirit Ember, Frostal Flake, and the Onyx from the Runestones that could hurt me. Now I just need to do the same with the Heart-Blossom, whatever the Air elemental one is, and Moonstone to be safe from all of the Princesses, except for She-Ra."
Tigra watched as her clones cuffed Hordak's hands behind his back while also cuffing his legs. They dragged him away, leaving her alone in the Sanctum.
"That's his only chance, Trapta." She muttered. "Even Weaver wouldn't actually kill Catra without setting Adora and myself against her. Even Weaver wouldn't dare risk such wrath against herself."
And yet we let him live without permanent injury when he would have seen us in the ground.
"He doesn't need one." Tigra admitted, not counting the snapped ankle. "He'll be under watch constantly until the day I either eliminate him or he simply passes from time. But his pride will be injured enough that he won't dare even talk to Catra without someone who will defend her there."
Now they simply had to wait to see the reactions from the planet.
'Curious how the Rebellion will react to the news. Unless Adora or Angella inform them, they'll have amusing reactions when hearing the leader of the Horde has been replaced.'
