Chapter 36 - God Rank System

"You don't want to know which god you're connected to?" asked Aldin, confused by Darius's answer.

But, then it instantly clicked in his head.

"Is it because of that crazy church?" asked Aldin, basically already knowing that he was right about his guess.

He knew that they were quite... special, to say the least.

Their beliefs, in particular, are known to be quite different from what the majority of the population thinks. In fact, Aldin had difficulty understanding why that church was still standing as they were discriminating against everyone who wasn't purely a human.

Thinking of this, Aldin glanced at Darius, getting a really good look at him as he did so he seemed to be realizing something.

'Why is he looking at me this way?' thought Darius, as he noticed that Aldin was now gazing at him intensively.

"Um, it sort of is," replied Darius, awkwardly as he didn't particularly appreciate the gaze he was currently receiving.
