Hae-won is now an Omega?

Hae-won stared at the doctor in disbelief. What did he just say? He couldn't get it. Did he just say he was an Omega? How did that happen? Was that even possible?

After Hae-won followed the doctor to his office, they ran a gender test on him, though he didn't know what it was for.

"You didn't stay away from Alpha pheromones." The doctor, Byung Chan-Yeol, said and Hae-won gulped.

"I... I had an accident a few months back so I lost a bit of my memory." He said.

"And amongst the memories you lost, my instructions was one of them?" He nodded and Chan-Yeol sighed. "That shouldn't have happened. Losing such a vital instruction..." He shook his head. "Well, there's no use crying over spilled milk."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Hae-won, your body constitution since birth hasn't been stable. You had a condition where your gender couldn't be classified, even after you clocked five and thus, your body condition wasn't stable."
