A wedding and a Funeral

"Sir Harrison, should we knock? My hands are getting numbed." The male servant beside the Estate's butler asked. In his hand, was a silver tray. A jade container storing the sandalwood powder, copper ash presser, and other tools were on it. These things were to replenish the incense burner. The weight was not that heavy, but waiting while holding the tools was unbearable.

"Be patient. You are not to disturb Mister Cromwell's time with the lady no matter what. Heed my warning and so you can stay here a little longer." Butler Harrison advised the young man. His back remained ramrod, despite waiting for half an hour outside, he didn't dare to knock.

He's been working under the Master for twenty years and within that time, he meticulously noted the Master's preferences and dislikes. Because of this, Master promoted him as the butler. Being a close aid, he also witnessed his Master's cruelty.
