Chapter 98 - Smoke

As expected, a chaotic battle rages once again at the entrance to Gekko's Labyrinth.

The members of the dueling group attack with a combination of brute strength, dexterity and sheer determination, each defending the other amidst the avalanche of Kobolds trying to escape the labyrinth. 

The clash between the blades and the skins of the Kobolds creates sparks, while the voices of the monsters mix with the screams of rage and determination of the humans. 

The sound of metal against metal from the small curved swords the Kobolds use resounds several times amidst the tumult, reverberating throughout the surrounding forest, closely accompanied by a cacophony of growls and screams. 

As the battle rages, the sun shines in the sky above, and the contrast between the violence of the fight and the serene, peaceful beauty of an ordinary early afternoon creates an almost unreal scene.
