The Sunless Ones

The Sunless Ones weren't like the other Ethereals dwelling in the Nightscape. Despite being born inside nightmares, these mysterious beings were capable of walking between the planes and traveling to the Dreamscape at will. However, they could only enter dreams where the sun never rose, earning them their unique moniker.

Master Arwin slowly backed away from the paw prints as they stopped near the half-eaten carcass of a wild dog. 

"We can't just stand here." Xander pulled out his revolver and was about to pull the hammer back when Master Arwin looked him dead in the eye and shook his head. 

"The Sunless Ones cannot be harmed by your weapons. Stay quiet and don't do anything to aggravate them. They do not actively hunt the living, but if you get in their way, they won't hesitate to rip you to shreds."
