Ram was barely aware of the situation in the port. According to one of his men, chaos was ensuing at the port as containers were being thrown like pieces of small parcels. He didn't need to hear more to know just how dire and grave the situation was. 

The Reapers were there and if Hera was present, such sort of chaos wasn't surprising. She was the leader for a reason, feared by many people for a reason. 

"But what is it?" he asked himself quietly. "Why target Elliot Dunkel as well?"

In his eyes, Hera was targeting both the Sun Organization and Elliot Dunkel. Of course, Hera had many reasons to go after the Interpol. But Elliot Dunkel wasn't one of them. Even if the man in question was strongly affiliated with the Interpol and General Assembly, Elliot was their best chance to fight the General Assembly without heavy repercussions. 

So, why?
