Curtis was always ribbing Henry, which really bugged him. But Henry couldn't let loose on him. Curtis was the big boss of the Rockmountain Art Association, a guy Henry would need to deal with later.
Feeling steamed, and starting to get tipsy after a couple of drinks, Henry had his assistant get him to his car. Once inside, Henry started griping about Curtis, "That guy...he's just a big shot cause of his rich father-in-law. Without him, he'd be a nobody. But he thinks he can give me a hard time."
His assistant tried to chill him out, "You've had too much to drink, Mr. Martinez. Don't let him get to you."
Fumbling with his tie, Henry grumbled, "Curtis and Alicia, two peas in a pod. Acting like they're the best. Says he's sticking up for Alicia, but really, he's just taking out his own issues. Always going on about serving the country, but isn't his daughter-in-law just another rich kid? Why didn't he get his son together with someone like Alicia?"
