SOMETHING THE HEALER COULDN'T HEAL

Being stared at like this and knowing how she had interrupted their discussion, Iris felt an urge to apologize and back away at once. The door was right behind her and all she needed to do was to turn around and leave.

But then, she would lose her chance to talk with Cane…

"Uhm… Can you leave us for a while?" Iris asked timidly, trying so hard to look firm, but failing obviously. "P- please…" She was very nervous.

She became even more depressed when those three warriors turned to their alpha, waiting for him to say something about the order from their luna.

Iris assumed Cane would ask her to leave. It would be embarrassing, but she could understand if Cane did that.

However, the Alpha wouldn't put his luna in such a position. He wouldn't intentionally embarrass her.
