SOMEONE CALLED HER

Kaz was surprised to get a visit from Iris and he immediately thought his time was near. He didn't believe the Alpha would actually give him a final verdict and was still holding onto hope that once the Alpha's anger had subsided, he would let him go.

However, if it was Iris who came here, it would be a different thing. The Alpha wouldn't kill him, but then, apparently, he was very infatuated with his mate, until he abandoned his own child. Kaz was sure, the second he saw Iris, he was going to die just like Jemma.

Therefore, he was surprised when he heard what Iris said.

"Wh- what? What do you mean, Luna?" Kaz stuttered. She would be gone by the time he left the dungeon? Would she release him or did she have another thing on her mind? "You are going to release me?"

Iris stared at Kaz for a while. She didn't feel anything about this old man. She didn't even hate him nor did she feel bitter about him.
