Family reunion

*LUCIAN*

Lucian looked towards the door of his room as a knock landed on it,he stood up from the bed were he was sitting but didn't make any other move. His expression changed instantly trying to ascertain who was at the door by this time of the day, literally non of his employees visit him or comes close to his room by this time.

He waited patiently for the person to either speak or continue knocking but non of this happened.

After some minutes of contemplating on what to do he finally decide to open the door and see who it was.

He held the door knob and the door cracked opened revealing a figure who was dressed in a all black attire with a hood completely covering hi/her face.The only thing you could see was a glowing crimson eyes, Lucian wasn't surprised to see this but was only disturb about the identity of the person.

Boom! a blow landed on lucians face sending him to the ground,the anonymous figure rushed into the dense dark room with great speed.

"Damn it!" he muttered

His opponent didn't give him much time to get on his Feet instead the figure grabbed him by the shirt and landed several punches on his abdomen and send him flying again.

Thud! his body collided against the wall causing him to let out a loud Moan in pain.

He began to breathe heavily trying to get on his feet but then his opponent rushed towards him again threwing a punch at him,he caught his opponent by the arm stopping the attack.

"Who the hell are you? did my father send you?" Lucian questioned twisting his opponent arms

"Dummy! you still didn't recognize me" The figure said with a female voice

"Wait Jasmine is that you? you should stop this habit of yours" Lucian said letting go of her hands

"It was almost too easy to break your bones, you should learn some self defense" Jasmine says

"You know I was only hesitating to fight with you" Lucian stated

"Why is it so dark in here?" Jasmine asked

Lucian chuckled softly due to his sister's statement,he walked towards the light switch and turned on the light which illuminated the whole room revealing a gorgeous lady.

She had a shapely figure which was imp-thin,she was wasp-waisted with a glossy skin and her slender eye brows looked her velvety eyelashes.She had a sea nymph ears and a dainty nose,she had shiny halo-white teeth revealing two tiny fang at both sides,which clearly makes her a vampire.Her finger nails were polished red,her hair was ebony black just like lucian's hair,she had crimson eyes and a pouting lips.

She had a soothing voice like a nighte Gale,she seemed younger but she must older than Lucian.

"So,why did you decided to show up this late?" Lucian asked expecting a meaningful explanation from his elder sister.

"The same reason I came last time" Jasmine stated.

"What the hell are you talking about?I give up on searching for my soul mate a long time ago" He half yelled.

"Raising your voice won't end this discussion Lucian,you know I'm doing this for your own good"She pouted.

"If I was cursed never to find my soulmate so shall it be, I'm done trying to prove myself to the rest of the family when they are not willing to help" Lucain stated bitterly.

"So if you have given up why are you still bringing women after women in your house" Jasmine asked raising an eyebrow while Lucain suddenly became mute.

"How do you expect this mortals to be your soulmate Lucian? you are just using them as an excuse so you won't have to find your soulmate and ascend...."

"Just stop it, the throne,the kingdom,the people,non of those are my business anymore" Lucian argued interrupting Jasmine

"You have to find your soulmate then that's the only way you can find the moon stone" Jasmine says moving closer to Lucian until there was no gap between them.

"You..." she says while Lucain impatiently waited for her to complete her statement

"You are our only hope" she says

"Hello!" A voice interrupted from the door

Lucian raised his head up slightly to see Arianna standing by the door with an innocent look on her face Jasmine turned back only to see Arianna standing behind them.

She seemed to suprise me with her look,I wasn't expecting her to be this beautiful even after condemning her nature earlier today.She had a sculpted figure which was twine-thin. Her waist was tapered and she had a burnished complexion. A pair of arched eyebrows looked down on sweeping eyelashes. Her delicate ears framed a button nose. A set of dazzling, angel-white teeth gleamed as she blew gently on her carmine-red fingernails. It was a pleasure to see her flowing. She had a bouncy personality and a sugary voice, which I adored. Not content to be just another drone, she wore vibrant clothes.

"Is this another...."Jasmine didn't finish her statement but Lucian just nodded

"What do you want?"Lucain asked with a stern look

"Where can I find the first aid box? I accidentally cut my hands with the knives while eating" Arianna replied with pain in her tone.

How can a normal human being cut her hands while using cutlery? How clumsy and foolish,She is so lucky my sister and I could resist the smell of human blood if not who knows what would have happened by now.

Lucian walked angrily towards her and pulled her by the arm leaving his sister behind.He continued pulling her until they got to a room filled with books,it was an ancient looking library.

He pushed her to one of the seat in the library and she crashed her butt agianst it,she let a tiny whimper.

"Are you out of your mind?what was the first rule?do not harm yourself for no reason,but you violated it"Lucain spoke in an acrimonious manner.

Arianna looked down fearfully to avoid eye contact with Lucian.

"Look at me!....I said look at me,do not look down when I'm talking to you" Lucain said stretching his long fingers to raise her jaw, forcing her to look him in the eyes.

"Why are you so gutsy and disobedient? break any rules again and I will break you completely do you understand?" Lucian asked

"Yes.....yes" She stuttered with teary eyes
