Future events aside, Arren and Levin left the banquet hall together. His comfortable demeanor was especially clear for onlookers. 

While Arren thought of Levin as his nemesis, that didn't mean they were enemies in the truest sense. At some point, he also respected the renowned Royal Chief Guard, but after being teased over and over again, Arren disliked seeing his annoying face so much. 

Moreover, Arren was also so jealous of his position. He could be with the emperor all the time. One thing that was always used by the other was to mess with his mind. After all, Arren's admiration for the emperor was even obvious for someone who was always with them. 

Their destination wasn't that far from the banquet hall, and it was only a private room upstairs. The guards were spread out at the entrance. When they stood outside, the guards bowed before Levin first before they were given permission to enter.
