To the Elven Ruins Part 7

Meanwhile Elle and Fey were powering up the orb to communicate with the other elves. Elle channeled her magic into the orb while it rested on the palm of her hand. Fog began to pour out of it and filled the space around them. When the area was completely foggy surrounding them, Elle's mother appeared as a hologram above the orb.

"Is that a hologram?!" Fey asked, surprised by the magical communication. "It looks so clear!"

"Who is that?" Elle's mother asked. "Is that another human?! Just how many humans are you going to expose us to?! You get home right this instant!"

"Mom!" Elle yelled, stopping her mother from continuing on. "We have a bigger problem right now! We need some help!"

"What's wrong dear?" Her mother replied.

"Is that our daughter?!" Her father could be heard from the other room. "IS she coming home?!"

"No!" Her mother yelled back. "She has a problem! She needs our help, so get off your lazy ass and get in here!"

"Coming dear." Her father could be heard saying.
