The dinner after having Peri in the dining room was not like before.

Regan no longer spoke to Evelyn and even Rex looked displeased.

Evelyn suddenly felt that her decision of having Peri here was very wrong. She should ask Ezra to free Peri as soon as possible.

Though Regan didn't speak to Evelyn, he still put her favorite dishes on her plate from time to time. Evelyn felt touched by this.
