And the occasional twisted visage of the sacred icon served as evidence.
But in the next second, another doubt came to him: If there really was a problem with the Storm Goddess Gomona, why were the other churches throughout the city functioning normally?
He had seen the appearances of other Deep Sea Churches—the community church near the antique shop, and there was also one beside that maritime museum. Even though he had not entered to investigate closely, he had lingered around those churches, and the aura they exuded… was obviously different from that of this uncanny church before his eyes.
