Chapter 103: The Tomb of the Nameless King

The evening bell tolled thrice, and by the time the third toll rang out, Fanna had already arrived at the grand cathedral.

Elder Bishop Valentin was waiting there, donning a black clerical robe, the venerable old man silently stood in front of the Storm Goddess Gomona's sacred image, eyes closed in prayer. Hearing the sound of someone entering the cathedral, he did not look back, knowing it was Fanna.

"Judge Fanna," Valentin said in a grave voice, "the Storm Cathedral has issued an order to summon the Listener."

"Directly from the Storm Cathedral?!" Fanna was startled, quickly stepping in front of the sacred image, placing herself wholly in the glowing radiance of the lamps, "Could it be that a new anomaly or vision has been discovered?"
