Ganged up

Immediately Gary gave the order, his people quickly close in on Mikey, the first person that got close to him receive a powerful punch to his chest. The moment Mikey punch the guy, he received a blow from one of them, they were not giving him any chance for him to pick on them one by one.

'How am I going to get out of here, there is no way I can run when I'm clearly surrounded and being compress' said Mikey inwardly as he block a fight that coming towards his face.

Any time he was able to land an attack in, he will receive close to three from the others, this was how the fight was going for the pass two minutes now, with Mikey currently losing.

The fight that was clearly against Mikey, quickly change its tide as Caleb rush in to save his friend. He quickly send a kick to the first person he came across, followed by a punch to another.

Mikey seeing that he was finally free to fight and no longer being gang up, quickly started throwing punches with his full strength to anyone he came across.

The fight took a complete three hundred and sixty degree as Mikey and Caleb beat all the guys to a pulp.

Gary seeing that all his guys were losing and some were already down, quickly took to his heed as he run away without looking back.

"Keep on running you fucking damn coward" shouted Mikey as he saw the figure of Gary who was running for his life.

"You never do listen Mikey, what if Karin didn't tell me to check on you, you clearly would have been beaten beyond recognition" said Caleb as he sigh while looking at his friend.

"You couldn't have come any earlier, why do you always like coming at the last minute, acting like a damn hero, coming only when the person has clearly loosen hope" said Mikey.

"Wouldn't you even be happy that I came at the nick of time, and beside a fucking thank you would have been better than complaining, I left my lunch because of you" said Caleb.

"Thanks my ass, you clearly left me to fend for myself before coming to help me, I know you were looking at everything from the beginning" said Mikey.

"Well I told you not to try acting like a hero, why won't you just listen and mind your own business" replied Caleb.

"I can't believe you and Kiran always feel comfortable seeing such a thing and letting it play out every time without doing anything" said Mikey.

"Well, as far as they don't get on our nerves, then we are okay with it" replied Caleb.

"Both of you are idiots, how do I even end up having both of you as my friends, don't you know that if we don't put a stop to it now, it will escalate more than this" said Mikey.

"Come on, let's run back to class" said Caleb.

"What about these guys" asked Mikey while pointing at the guys who were rolling on the floor in pain.

"Let's just leave them here, it's better to not get attached with them to prevent being the suspect, they will all go to the school infirmary to get themselves treated, you also need to do the same" said Caleb while walking away "I will be going to class now, go and get yourself treated".

"Yeah see you later" said Mikey as he began walking to the school infirmary while Caleb walked to class.

When Caleb got to the class, he was lucky that there wasn't any teacher in class at the moment, he walked over to Kiran and sat beside him.

"How is Mikey?" asked Kiran the moment Caleb sat beside him.

"You couldn't even let me sit down properly before asking me that question, well he is kind of fine, just some little bruises" said Caleb.

"How did the fight went?" asked Kiran.

"At first he got everything under control, but later Gary and more of his people started coming, that's when he knows he was in deep trouble" said Caleb.

"Hope you didn't leave him this time around to fight on his own first before helping him out?" asked Kiran.

"well.....

Just when Caleb was about was about to answer the question, a teacher walked into the class, causing the whole class to go into complete silence.

Kiran gave Caleb a murderous look, he knew what he said was exactly what Caleb did, letting Mikey fight on his own before helping him out.

"Good afternoon class" said the teacher the moment he walked in.

"Good afternoon sir" was the replied from some of the students in the class.

Mr Andrew was the teacher currently in the class, he was a very tall man with a black blonde hair, he was the teacher taking them mathematics.

"Today, we will be doing a quiz on boys versus girls, the boys would choose their five smartest to represent them while the girls would do the same" said the teacher.

It didn't take long for the boys to choose their representative, for the boys group, Kiran, Caleb, Sam, Abel and Mark were picked.

while for the girls, Lydia, Helen, Jasmine, Natalia and Catherine were the ones representing them.

"Do you think Kiran would be able to win her this time around, she clearly took first position from him the moment she came" said Abel while whispering it to Mark.

"She took first position lat time with just a four points difference, and beside Kiran didn't really know that she was that brilliant, he would have put more effort if he knew, I do believe he can beat her this time around" said Mark.

"Good, now for the next step, number yourself base on your result last term, now for the boy who score the highest will face the girl who score the same" said the teacher.

It didn't take them much time before arranging themselves, the score board for last term was still in the class, so they don't have to ask each other before knowing their position.
