He looked but couldn't be completely clear about its origin, but he has this illusion the blood red sword was afraid of something and was just taking a corner of the dantian. 

The more he looked at it, the more he felt it was that way, but the couldn't sense anything at the center of the Dantian. It appeared as though empty, but even so, he just felt as though something didn't add up.

He felt as though some strange force was descending from the Dantian all the time nourishing the body. It wasn't blood Qi, after all it couldn't enter the Dantian yet. He just didn't know why this was the case.

"What do I know? I can't see anything, perhaps I'm overthinking." Even though he said this he actually has a feeling this thought was not wrong.
