Shi Qian looked at the caller ID and hesitated before answering.
"Qian Qian, where are you now?" Song Yan's anxious voice came from the phone.
"I… I don't know," Shi Qian said slowly. Perhaps it had been too long since she had spoken. Her voice sounded hoarse.
"Are you alone?" Song Yan asked again.
"Ok." Shi Qian nodded.
"Qian Qian, I know everything. Besides, I'm in your city now. Send me your location, okay? Let me find you." Song Yan's voice was almost pleading. He was so afraid that Shi Qian would refuse.
"Okay." Shi Qian nodded and hung up.
After paying, she sent her location to Song Yan. Then, her cell phone ran out of battery.
"Young lady, I have a charger here. I can lend it to you?" the stall owner asked enthusiastically.
"No need." Shi Qian shook her head. "Can I sit here for a while?"
"Sure. Sit down. It's not like business is good. There's no one around," the stall owner replied and went back to work.
