Chapter 59: Death of those who she loves

She grinned.

"Who says I'm going to kill you?" she said meaningfully.

"Don't hurt her," a voice said.

I looked at the person who was talking behind her, and I saw Rebel.

I saw sadness all over his eyes.

"Why? Wasn't she the one who broke your heart?" the woman asked.

"I said do not touch her, Dahlia," Rebel repeated.

Dahlia rolled her eyes to Rebel.

"The thing I don't understand about being mated was that you still care for her even if she rejected you. What are you a martyr?" Dahlia asked before standing and approaching him.

"I obeyed what you said in exchange for never meddling in my life," Rebel said to the woman.

Dahlia's mouth twitched. She doesn't like what she hears.

"I'll leave her alone if that's what you want. But you still have a business to do for me, remember? Violet and Dracule?" she said, ignoring me.
