The Fang and Mo family had planned to set out and leave the cold Siberian mountains, but after a certain telephone call, Leon forbid them.

"We can't go unless the neck ring is taken." He looked at the Fangs forlornly. "I'm sorry."

The Fangs knew what this meant. "Maybe we could disarm it."

"It would be a risk. The one who attached this is not an average scumbag." Leon said vaguely.

It was really a lie since Noel was far from average. Mickey Xing reminded him time and time again that he could not be underestimated, and that the nest way to solve this was to have him take off the neck ring himself.

Otherwise, it may not be Wolfe's life that's only in danger if something went wrong. He may have adjusted the neck ring to bring some more..... Surprises.

And Leon disliked surprises and uncertainties the most. The cases he had to deal with so far were full of them.
