Anashe gave birth to two beautiful babies ,a boy and a girl .They were premature but healthy ,they were kept in the incubator where they were monitored and cared for ,Anashe's family arrived the next day after they were informed about Anashe's birth .It was Anashe's family ,BTS , Ayesha , Cynthia , Fatima and Dallin.Anashe hadn't woken up from the time she had fallen unconscious ,she had several cardiac arrests and the doctor's knew that it was a matter of time before she died ,all they had was hope .

"Doctor what is wrong with her ?"

"Ms Anashe has heart problems ,when she fell pregnant she had put so much strain on her heart and she was informed about the dangers of that ,eventually during her pregnancy she developed Pulmonary Hypertension which was a huge risk to her pregnancy, her delivery was a very risky one and she is battling to survive ," the doctor explained in the most understandable way trying to avoid informing them about Anashe's ticking clock.

"Is she going to be okay?" Fakir asked .

The doctor seemed skeptical to answer but he had to answer them ,this was the reason he didn't want to be questioned .

"I am afraid she might not make it out alive ,she has a few days and at this moment we need prayer and hope."

Everyone was shattered in hearing the news ,they broke down and couldn't believe the news .After everyone heard about Anashe's birth they all flew to New York and they were all in the hospital praying and hoping that Anashe would fight ."Why didn't she tell us ?" her dad asked himself as he cried ,he had his suspicions but he prayed it wasn't true .

2 days went by and Anashe hadn't woken up ,they were all tired and were just hoping that she would wake up and recover .All of a sudden there were nurses and doctors going in and out of her ward , "What's going on?"

"Can someone tell us what's going on ," Ayesha added .

After some time the doctor came out , "Anashe is conscious and she has made a special request to see you all ..normally we wouldn't allow this but you can all go but she has asked to see Mr Hoseok first ," the doctor said and Hoseok entered slowly and tiredly .

"Hey," Anashe said as she removed her oxygen mask smiling weakly .

"Anashe ," Hoseok said as he quickly hugged her crying .

"Stop crying ,"Anashe said .

"Why?"

"Because I loved you all ," she answered .

"They are beautiful," Hoseok said .

"They are ain't they ? Let me guess they look like you?"

"Yes ,I told you ," Hoseok said chuckling lightly.

"A lot has been happening and I haven't seen them yet can you ask the doctor to bring them I want to see them just this once before anything happens," she said .

The doctor brought the twins in their incubators and carefully removed them and placed them on her chest , Anashe 's tears flowed out like a tap opened , she cried while holding them .

"My Iron Hearts ,"she said crying and smiling at the same time .

"They are so beautiful ," she added .

"Thank you so much ," Hoseok said as he also cried .

"I love you all so much ,please tell them I love them everyday and always ," she said looking at Hoseok.

"I will but you need to fight so that you can too ," he said .

"I have fought enough now …my Iron hearts have finally arrived into this world and I am happy ,they are ours and yours from now on .Cherish them and care for them ,love them for the both of us and protect them ..teach them the right thing and punish them where they go wrong …raise them to be good people but never let them forget that I am always by their side ,always," Anashe said as she kissed their foreheads .

"Don't leave us please,"Hoseok said crying .

The twins were taken back to the premature care unit and Hoseok left the room in tears he sat by the corridor while sobbing ,the other BTS members entered the room and Jungkook and Jimin rushed to Anashe hugging her , "My boys," she said as she hugged them too crying .

"Our babies are finally here ," she said .

"They are the most precious gift ever ," Namjoon said .

"I love you guys ," she said .

"We love you too and we want you to fight ,fight Anashe ,"Taehyung said .

"I have ,trust me I fought hard ," she said .

"But the last push is the most important," Namjoon said.

"My last push was to get this two little Iron hearts into this world ," she said smiling.

"Group hug ?"

"Jin hyung is really trying to get here."

"Tell him my love for him is deep like the ocean and just tell him to make us proud and come back home ,I Love him and i will always be there ...he shouldn't feel bad for not being here."

They hugged each other so tight like they never wanted to let go ,it's true no one wanted to let go yet but they had to .They left the room except for Yoongi ,they couldn't stand seeing her like this , "Go well and may you find peace wherever you go ,but always remember we are here and we love you ..I will take care of them all for you ,they will recover and our babies will never feel the void of a mother ,"Yoongi said hugging her one last time .

"Thank you so much, thank you .I really wanted to hear that."

The next people that came to see her were her friends and they talked and joked a little and they hugged her tight as they accepted her destiny ,they left that room knowing that they wouldn't see their friend again ,Fatima found it hard to accept it all but she knew she had to in order for her friend to be at peace .Her family came to see her but not her dad yet and they all talked to her and tried to make her fight but they could feel it in their hearts that she was not going to fight anymore so they hugged and kissed her goodbye for the last time . "We love you my kafu barfi ," her aunt said .

"Daddy ," she said as she sobbed hard .

"Choc pumpkin ,"her dad said .

"I fought daddy ."

"I know my baby."

"I fought hard but I can't fight anymore please don't ask me to fight again ."

"I won't baby ."

"It hurts daddy and I can't bare it anymore ," she said crying .

"Then rest my chocolate pumpkin …rest ," he said .

"Please care for them daddy ,please be with them always I am sorry I have to live so soon but I want you all to know I really did fight hard but life always has it's own plans but don't ever doubt that I was happy ,,,I was really happy and I really did enjoy being alive with you all as my family and you as my dad ," she said .

"Go well my choc pumpkin may you be at peace I love you and I couldn't have asked for a better daughter than you …I am going to miss you but I know you will always be with me ," he said crying as he hugged and kissed her cheeks and forehead ,Anashe sobbed in his arms and hugged him tightly .

"Greet your mother for me ,i know you have been checking on her spiritually and she wasn't at peace but tell her it was never her fault ,I truly loved her," her dad said.

"I will ,I love you papa."

"I love you too baby."

"Heyy," Anashe said smiling at Ayesha.

"Baby ," Ayesha said hugging her .

"Do you have to go ?"

"My clock has come to its end ," Anashe said .

"Can't it move again for a little while ?"

"It really has fought for more time but it really is tired down ."

"I will miss you ," Ayesha said.

"I will too but I will be in your heart."

"I love you ."

"I love you for infinite years and times my crystal snow ," Anashe said .

"I never thought you would be the first to leave but here we are with you leaving me ...What about or forever? our ride or die?" Ayesha said as tears escaped and she wiped them roughly.

"Forever is forever ,ride or die.Yesha please don't make me want to stay ,i can't stay.I feel bad as it is because i will never be there for my children and it hurts .My heart hurts ,it pains but you know more than anyone that i fight till the end .This is not me accepting defeat ,this is me accepting and facing it with the bravest face i have .I never thought i would say this but it hurts to live more than anything ,wondering when your end will come .If you will have a heart attack while asleep and die without saying goodbye but i got the chance to say goodbye and i am truly grateful for that,"Anashe said.

"I love you," Ayesha said laying her head on Anashe's chest while Anashe side hugged her as she closed her eyes smiling and as the machines ringed and the machine line became straight .Ayesha cried while holding Anashe tight and that was how Anashe's life ended Like her name ,she was truly now with God.
