Michael Appears! (Chapter 13)

In the previous Chapter 12,

Robert walks out of the train.

Robert notices there isn't any thunder and it stops raining. Robert walks out alone. He looks left and right but he can't find any zombies. 'Where are all the zombies? Since they are not here, I have to walk somewhere to find shelter but this train has supplies of food and drinks if I leave here will there be any safe place for me to hide?' (In Robert's mind.)

Robert notices something very bright shining on the far right side of the woods. Robert is curious but if there is light then it will attract zombies. Maybe those zombies gather there. But If I go to a dark area in this area are there any houses? (In Robert's mind.)

Robert thinks getting more food, drinks, and weapons from this train would be better. If it is possible pack everything and bring it along.

Robert goes inside the train again and locks the door.

Robert quickly packs all the food and drinks in the bag. He realizes it's very heavy. Robert takes the weapons and slots more in the belts and puts them on his body.

Robert thinks with this much weight on his body, fighting might be disbenefits for him.

Robert sits and eats some food and drink.

Robert looks at the 2 cans of tuna, 2 biscuits, and 1 canned tomato. (Robert thinks where did Joe go?)

Suddenly some sounds are coming from the next cabin.

Robert quickly zipped his bag and carry them.

Robert takes the gun pointing at the door.

Some kicking sounds!

Robert thinks is it zombies making this noise?

The door suddenly opens!

Robert got shocked and moved backward.

Robert sees it's Michael.

Robert asks, "Where did you go? Where is Elisa?"

"Pants... I lost her."

Michael quickly sits and drinks water.

Robert asks, "How did you lose Elisa? Did you enter the woods?"

Michael says, "No, we didn't enter the woods. We were in the next cabin standing there holding hands and we were sucked in. The next moment we opened our eyes, something far away runs toward us. We run as far as we could. But something grabs me from behind and I lost consciousness. Then when I wake up I am here."

Robert says, "That's scary. Are you hurt? What was chasing after you did you see it?"

Michael says, "Something ugly and looked like a zombie but it was not, it has the sense of being human."

Robert says, "Oh, that thing chased after me too."

Michael says, "You're there? But I didn't see you?"

Robert says, "I was there and I saw Joe too."

Michael says, "You saw Joe? But where is he now?"

Robert says, "While I was sleeping, he disappeared. I have no idea where is he now."

Michael says, "Should we stay here or find Joe?"

Robert says, "Do you want to find Elisa?"

Michael says, "I want to find Elisa but that ugly and looked like a zombie it's there and I don't know how to enter back into that place. I only remembered that I was standing next cabin holding hands with Elisa and we were sucked in."

Robert says, "At least you know where she is. Come you help me carry some food and drinks. We shall go next cabin to explore how to go to that place."

Michael says, "Are you sure? That thing chases me it's fast and furious. If we don't kill it we might end up dead, instead of finding Elisa we might be killed."

Robert says, "I was alone that time but now I have you and we can beat that thing together. With combined combat in a battle, we won't know if we will conquer it."

Michael says, "You're taking a risk if we win it's okay but if we lose it's game over. We are not in a computer game that has extra life to spare and reset."

Robert says, "Then are you staying on this train forever? The food and drinks won't last forever. We will still need to go out in the woods and it's more dangerous because you won't know how many zombies there are and how long can you last to shoot at them. Bullets will run out and we might end up becoming a zombie."

Michael says, "That's true."

Robert says, "My thoughts are fighting 1 monster is better than fighting so many zombies."

Michael says, "Since you're this confident when you are ready, we can set to go."

Robert says, "Okay."

After some time, Robert says, "I am ready, let's go."

Robert opens the next cabin door and enters.

Robert asks, "Michael which area did you and Elisa stand while was sucked in?"

Michael thinks for a while. Michael says, "Elisa was standing there and I am standing here holding her hand and we were sucked into that place."

Robert stands in the position where Elisa stood.

Robert holds Michael's hand. "Is this how it was?" (The actions)

Michael says, "Yes."

After some time, nothing happens.

Robert and Michael look at the surroundings nothing changes.

Robert says, "Hmm... why are we still here or did you remember the wrong positions?"

Michael says, "It's here, I remembered clearly."

Robert says, "What did you do before you stood here and held her hand."

Michael says, "I was making those." (In chapter 8, Michael does a partition in between the cabins with metal walls.)

Robert sees the partition and he touches them.

Robert says, "Just this partition? Are you sure?"

Michael says, "Yes, I was doing this partition before Elisa comes to me."

Robert looks at Michael he doesn't sound like lying.

Robert thinks about how he disappeared from this cabin. Robert remembered he fell and hit on the floor then he was unconscious. After he woke up he touch something on the ground and he was teleported over to that place.

Robert looks at the floor.

Michael asks, "Robert what are you looking for?"

Robert says, "I don't know, because I remember when I fell; I was unconscious and after I woke up I touch something on the floor then I was teleported to that place."

Michael says, "Did you look at what you touched?"

Robert says, "No, I didn't have the chance to look at it."

Michael says, "If that is the case, we have to see what is on the floor."

Robert and Michael look at the floor and see if is there anything.

Robert walks around.

Michael says, "I remember there was something on the wall but now it's not here."

Robert says, "Is it Joe taking it away because he disappeared too."

Michael says, "If Joe takes it away then the item on the floor Joe might also take it away."

Robert says, "That might be possible too. But what did you see on the wall?"

Michael says, "It looks like a map."

Robert says, "Do you remember what the map looks like?"

Michael says, "I only can remember roughly. It looks like the map but not sure which place or location. But if Joe took it away then there is no point talking about this because we need to find Joe."

Robert says, "We have 2 choices, one is to find Elisa another is to find Joe. Which one will you choose?"

Michael says, "I know where Elisa is but where are we going to find Joe?"

Robert says, "Oh yeah, we will find Elisa first but how are we going to teleport over that place?"

Michael says, "I don't know."

While they talking something shakes the train, causing the train to shake violently.

Robert tries to hold on to the wall of the train.

Michael tries to hold on to the wall of the train but he is feeling dizzy. Michael falls to the ground.

Robert heard something crash on the ground but the train is shaking violently he just couldn't care much.
