27. He is hurt

Kora who had snuck away from the fight that was taking place outside was now looking at Dana who was on her knees with one in her stomach and the other on the ground for support. She approached her and touched her shoulder.

"Are you okay, Dana?" She asked and scrutinized her face. "Don't lie," Kora said when she saw Dana nod her head. "Let's go, this place is a dump." She said helping Dana up to her feet.

Dana looked at the girl helping her with squinted eyes. She felt a lot better when Kora touched her and regained some of her lost energy. Now she was certain that it was Kora whom they were looking for. She immediately mind-linked Lazarus "Keep at least one of them alive."

"I know," Lazarus replied. "I think they are after someone, but I don't know whom."

"I think it's Kora they are after," Dana said. "I am not sure." She said. There was silence from Lazarus's end.

"How do you know that?" He asked finally.
