3): Morning

Tanner and Luna made it to Ravenclaw tower with people staring at them, seeing that he was holding her hand they were shocked to see that he was friends with Loony Luna, since no one was. They gave a wide berth though seeing him walk her to the girl side stairs, "Go on up, shower and get dressed. I will be here by the time you get done." He said smiling at her.

She nodded standing in her tip-toes and kissing his cheek, "See you soon Tanner." She skipped up the stairs with a happy smile.

Tanner took a moment to glare at everyone around the common room making a lot of them look down before he headed upstairs himself, this would be his first time actually going in his room. Going up the stairs he walked into the room with his name on it, the room was simple with a bed, desk, shelf, and his trunk.

The trunk though was something that was expensive, with a full three bedroom apartment with two bathroom's, it was locked at the moment with Parseltongue magic. The only person who could possibly get inside of it would be Harry, seeing as they don't talk to one another though then that wouldn't be possible for him to get in.

He went over opening it before going down inside it, the place was decorated much like 12 Grimmauld Place, he wanted to feel at home so he didn't wait to make it look like it. The free room that he converted to a library was currently hanging with pictures of all former Blacks who made themselves moving portraits, but not Arcturus or his wife, they wanted to pass on.

"TANNER!!! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN! I WAS WORRIED SICK ABOUT YOU!!!" A shrill voice yelled at him as he walked in the living room, above the fireplace was a moving picture of Walburga Black.

Tanner smiled, he had good feelings for the woman, even if he told her that he wasn't going to be some Pure-Blood bigot she agreed with him. She was disgusted after all finding out how much the house had fallen, she still thought Pure-Bloods were better but she didn't think that wars needed to be fought for them to be in power.

"Good Morning Aunt Walburga. I spent the night outside the room after my wand got snapped, the common room was charmed so I wasn't able to get back inside last night." He explained while standing in front of her.

"WHO DARES TO SNAP THE WAND FROM A FUTURE LORD OF THE BLACK HOUSE!!!" She screamed looking ready to come out the Portrait and kill someone.

He chuckled, "Don't worry about it. When I find them I will kill them, I need to shower and change though. After breakfast I am going to get a new one."

"Good, though don't go to Ollivander's go to---" She started but he cut her off before she could finish.

"I know got to 'Wand Nightmare' in Knockturn Alley. Every Black, beside Sirius, went there for their wand. I am going to keep the tradition alive don't worry." He said knowing what she was going to say since that is where the other Tanner went also to get his wand.

"Good." Was all she said again before going still.

He shook his head before heading to his room, walking inside he went over taking out the outside of his school outfit meaning; the white button shirt, black fit dress pants, and the dress shoes.

Walking to the bathroom he went to take a shower amazed at the size of the bath tub which looked more like a swimming pool, if it was deeper he was sure that it would be one. After a ten minute shower he was leaving again while wearing his blue tie loosely, he didn't like how it almost strangles him, he honestly wasn't a fan of uniforms.

Sighing he finished his routine before leaving, not before saying bye to Walburga though who blew him a kiss, she was like a second mother to him after all.

Making his way out the trunk he went down to the common room again and saw that it was almost practically empty, Luna wasn't down yet so he sat on an empty seat to the side. People looked at him but none of them approached him, he wasn't a talker they all knew that, it was a miracle that the teachers actually got him to talk at all.

That is why they were all so shocked when he walked in with Luna earlier, they didn't expect for him to actually get along with someone, and even worse it was Loony Luna.

About five minutes later Luna came down but she was still missing her shoes, he frowned while walking over to her, "Luna where are your shoes?" he asked with hardly controlled rage, it was surprising how quickly he cared for her.

"Oh, all the Nargles have taken them. I haven't had a pair of shoes since the first week of Hogwarts, hopefully they will return this pair by the end of the year, I do hate buying more." She said with a small frown of her own.

Controlling his rage he said loud enough for the whole room to hear, "Don't worry I am sure that they will be returned by the time we come back. If they don't then I will attack every single Nargle with every Family Black Curse until I find the one who returns them."

The room as a collective shuddered, the Black Family curses were famous, Bellatrix made sure of that as she used them during the last War. No one now wanted to be on the other end of them, some were so bad that people ended up killing themselves before the curse could.

Tanner knew word would spread after he said that, he was serious about it too, if he came back and Luna didn't have her shoes then he would curse everyone inside the common room. He would wait until they came back at night and then attack them all, it might be tough but he would try his best, he was trained by Arcturus after all he knew how to fight.

"Really? Do you think the Nargles will return them?" She asked sounding really hopeful.

"Of course. I am a Black and I always keep my word, Serva Meum Verbum. The old Black Family motto needs to change, Toujours Pur no longer applies." He said with a smile while kissing her cheek and taking her hand in his own.

She smiled, "Keep my word. Okay, I will trust you. I am sure the Nargles wouldn't want to experience any Black Family Curses."

The room once again shuddered as the two walked out the door, the word was going to spread fast as one boy and girl went up each side to tell the others who didn't hear. Some wanted to follow to warn their friends but decided to wait until they were not in the same room as those two, a lot of people would stop messing with her soon.

Tanner and Luna made it to the Great Hall where breakfast was taking place, someone people who saw them walk in together but those people were Luna's bullies. Some were also admirers of Tanner and thought about getting back at her later, they whispered to one another as the two walked to the Ravenclaw table.

Tanner ignored them and Luna skipping by his side didn't pay attention at all, when they finally made it to the table he started to put food on her plate before doing his own. At times during the meal he had to take her spoon or fork and make her eat since she seemed to want to play with the food more then eat it.

He also had to wipe her mouth, all she did was giggle while looking at him, he had to hold back his laugh as he did this though, she was just to adorable. When the meal was finished he got her a small bowl of pudding, they actually did have it sitting out for breakfast which he found strange but let her eat it.

"Can I have more?" She asked looking at the bowl of it in the middle of the table, the bowl she did have of it already eaten in seconds.

"One more that is all, after that you should take a walk or something to walk off all the food you just ate. I am about to head out." He said while scooping her some more food into the bowl for her.

She pouted but nodded her head, "You should have just let me eat Pudding if I could only get so little. This isn't going to be enough."

"Well then you can have more at Lunch and Dinner then." He said while rolling his eyes at her.

She beamed leaning over and kissing his cheek, "Thank you."

"Yeah, I know I am amazing. Now enjoy you meal while I head out, and meet me here again at Lunch since that is when I will be back." He said kissing the top of her head as he stood up.

"Kay Kay!" She said while digging into the pudding in front of her.

He smiled at that, she was a little like Cat from Victorious in some ways, she just wasn't as sensitive as the Cat from that show. He looked to the teacher table and got a nod from Flitwick, with that he made his way out of the Great Hall and towards the front of the Castle.

It wasn't until he was out front that a House Elf appeared, "Dippy is taking Master Black to Diagon alley."

"Well thank you for this Dippy." He said with a smile while patting the little things head making its ears bounce in enjoyment.

"Great Master Black pet Dippy and shows kindness, Master Black is such a good kid. Let's go." Dippy said while grabbing his arm, without warning he was popped away from Hogwarts.
