Year 2028

"Jagiya... come here~" Jin said with a tender voice. I'm Maye, the girlfriend of Kim Seokjin from BTS. I'm a writer, specializing in psychological thrillers, yaoi, historical fiction, science fiction, and fan-fiction. I've been an Army since 2016, and I consider myself incredibly lucky to be dating my idol.

We met just two months ago. I was hosting a book signing event here in Seoul when a man wearing a pink hoodie, a black cap, and simple jeans approached me, holding five volumes of my historical fiction book titled "Shadows of the Past."

I was taken aback when I asked for his name. He whispered, "Kim Seokjin." My heart raced as I realized that it was indeed my idol, standing in line with my other readers, holding a complete set of my book. He handed me a paper bag containing a camera and said, "I love how the CAMERA connects the sequences in your novel."

To be honest, I have always had a deep love for photography. Not only because it captures memories, but because it captures history. It immortalizes the moments that have come to pass, reminding us that even as memories fade, history remains.

I never want my existence to be reduced to a fleeting memory.

Our relationship began when I returned from the Philippines to start my new project in South Korea. I should have been overjoyed because I was embarking on my own journey, with numerous projects and successful book releases awaiting me.
