Amelia and Chrysanthe ran outside, following Lady Selene. They were both surprised upon seeing the demon lord, Lord Kieran Fleurnoir hovering midair, looking down at them. His arms were crossed over his chest and he was looking as bored as usual.

Melissa followed shortly and was startled to see him for the first time. She was one of the few beings who knew that Iris Scarborough was mated to this demon lord.

"Where is she?" Kieran asked the female demon lord.

"Impatient as always, I see." Selene chuckled amusedly. "Don't worry. Your human mate is just asleep."

"And whose fault is that?" Kieran descended on the ground and walked towards them. "You've grown weaker over the years, Selene." He walked past the elf priestess, giving her a freezing look.
