Smiles In The Ashes

Archer closed his eyes as he sat in the bathtub and the warm water made him feel good.

''Beren! I think I did wrong judgement back then''. Archer said.

Beren said, ''I already told you four years ago to look for evidence and proof''.

''I stopped because of what she said''. Archer said.

''You were a fool back then and you still are a fool''. Beren said and went out.

Archer took bath and came out wearing Beren's clothes.

Meanwhile, Evelyn took Ash to her and Beren's shared room and pulled out a nice dress for her as she said, ''This one would fit you well''.

Ash nodded and went inside the washroom. Evelyn walked in and said, ''I will help you to get cleaned''.

She helped Ash take off her clothes and take shower. After coming out, Evelyn dried Ash's hair and made a bun of her silky hairs.

''You look so cute''. She complimented.
