Lost memories

"Jessica!" Jenny called out happily. Placing her left hand on Jessica's face happily.

"You're fine. This is great. I got scared. Thank goodness you're alright Jessica," Jake spoke happily.

Max was extremely happy to see Jessica awake. She was indeed a strong woman.

"What happened to me?" Jessica stuttered. "Where am I?" She groaned and tried to get out of Max's arms.

That's when Max intervened. "Easy there, Jessica. Let me help you down."

Jessica heard his voice and looked at Max. Max looked back at her and smiled. Then he slowly brought her down from his arms.

Jessica was still looking at Max, as he slowly allowed her feet to touch the ground.

"That's better, " Max said with a smile, about to let go of Jessica.

Suddenly, Jessica's legs wobbled and she fell right back into Max's arms.

"Easy!" Jessica yelled and grabbed Max by the shirt.

Max quickly wrapped his arms around her, so that she won't fall.
