Secret Behind The Golden Eye

In the woods between the two mountains.

Four women kept staring at Alan.

He didn't do anything wrong, did he? He tried to find reasons for their unjustified behaviour.

He just wanted to have a friendly talk, but they were the ones who attacked him first. So, why are they staring at him, he couldn't understand their mood since they had their faces covered.

A minute passed

No, he could hold it in anymore.

"Why are you staring at me?" Alan asked with a serious face. He wasn't angry, he was just curious.

A silence fell…

They glanced at each other.

Isabelle who was watching this scene knew why they were staring at him but remained quiet.

She was actually enjoying the dumb Alan.

'Hehe~' she giggled inwardly.

Her face turned red; she didn't know why she just laughed. She wasn't her usual self when she is with Alan.

They didn't answer, now he didn't care even if they stared at him.

"Ok, now tell me who u are" Alan spoke with a cold face.

A woman with blonde hair spoke up first, she was the one Alan kicked. She removed the cloth covering her face.

"I am Rachael, we are the princess dame," she said in a proud tone that echoed throughout the woods.

The other two stepped forward, they both looked kind of similar maybe twins. They followed Rachael.

"I am Rebecca" the first one spoke and the second continued "I am Riley"

And finally, the most awaited moment.

The woman with dark black hair and golden eyes stepped forward standing at 5'4.

She removed the cloth used to cover slowly revealing her facial features.

She had light brownish skin.

First, her eyebrows were sharp as a knife, then her cute slightly red nose. And finally, her lips.

She wasn't wearing any makeup but her lips were something else.

Her sultry red lips were like a bed of roses.

Alan kept giggling at her admiring her heavenly beauty.

It's always the girls who fall for Alan, but this time it was the other way around.

He was attracted to her.

She was flustered, Alan's eyes made her feel naked in front of him.

"… I am Hannah Smith, princess of Werecat Kingdom" her voice was so soothing for everyone who heard it.

The three women knew why Hannah was acting strange. They expected her to kill him when she had the chance. The fact that she didn't, surprised them…

Isabelle gave a hostile glare at Hannah who was acting all shy to Alan. She did know the reason but her to act that way. But still, she felt irritated.

Alan turned at Isabelle "Isabelle, why are you angry?" he asked in a neutral tone.

"I am not angry "she grumbled under her breath.

The four women looked at Isabelle with a dry look on their faces 'Really women?'.

It was pretty obvious she was jealous, but she hated to admit it.

Isabelle didn't know why she was jealous; she didn't know why she reacted that way.

She didn't know the anonymous feeling she had every time she was with Alan.

She just knew that staying close to Alan made her feel happy and safe, the feeling she longed for.

Alan found Isabelle cute when she is jealous, soon he went back to what he was doing.

Alan was possessed by Hannah's otherworldly beauty, he wanted to say so much, it was all in his brain but he couldn't just get the lines out of his mouth.

Isabelle walked towards Alan crossing her arms "enough… we don't have time for this" she looked in the direction Hannah and her comrades were running towards earlier. She was sure they must have a reason to move in this direction.

As she kept staring in the same direction she spoke in a neutral tone "Hannah, why were you going in this direction" she narrowed her eyes "did you find anything?"

Hannah let out a short sigh, she just couldn't understand this woman. One minute she is jealous and in the other she is serious, but she understood a point. She was just like Alan 'weird'.

It's not that she didn't like it, since that's what makes Alan different from the other guys. You can include his handsome face too; she hasn't seen anyone in her life that could rival Alan's beauty.

Not even her brothers who were popular among women in the werecat kingdom for their handsome faces.

Hannah stood beside Isabelle staring in the same direction "we heard some weird noises coming from that direction when we arrived here"

Alan woke up from his stupor and walked past the two women who were standing beside each other like bouncers.

"Let's go check it out" Alan glanced at the two women behind him and said as with a smirk on his face

"Try not to fall behind"

Alan moved at a very high speed as soon as he said it, following him where the two women.

Backing them were the remaining three women.

Hannah moved faster wanting to catch up to Alan.

Swish!

Isabelle ran past Hannah looking at her with a taunting smile on her face.

'This bitch' Hannah thought to herself, she released her mana which now covered her entire body.

Swish!

The three women who were staring at this scene couldn't understand why these two women were competing with each other.

They couldn't keep up with the others and were left behind.

After five minutes

Pant

The three women were panting hard, their energy was drained out.

Rebecca spoke after catching her breath "what are we going to do now?"

Riley continued "we lost them, how are they so fast"

Rachele couldn't help but think 'those two women are trying to prove their worth to Alan'

Isabelle and Hannah just met each other, what else could be the reason for them to compete against each other?

Of course, it had to be Alan, they want to show Alan they are better than the other.

"Let's follow them after res-" before Rachael could complete her line, something drew her attention.

Shhh...

She signalled Rebecca and Riley to maintain a pin-drop silence.

They moved closer and hid behind the bush.

Their eyes widened as they found something unexpected.

Alan stopped immediately as he heard suspicious movements, he moved closed to the bush to get a cover.

But before he did, he felt something approaching him at a very high speed, she turned behind only to find Hannah running towards him with a startled expression on his face.

She couldn't control her speed.

Alan flashed a sly smile, he turned towards Hannah and raised both his arms inviting her.

Alan fell to the ground-hugging Hannah tight, her head resting on his chest.

She could hear his heartbeat; it saw in a perfect rhythm. She laid on top of Alan for a while without realizing it.

"...uhh" she opened her eyes only to realize the situation she was in.

'Why am I hugging him' her face was bright red 'but this feels nice', she could feel Alan's heartbeat, his warmth, his scent which made her relaxed.

'Why does he smell so good' Hannah's body started heating up.

'what's wrong with me' she started to gasp slowly, she looked at Alan who was hugging her with alluring eyes.

Her face was red as a cherry, her body heating up at a rapid pace.

Her D cup breasts pressing against his chest revealing a cleavage, her plump lips. She moved closer to Alan's face with seductive eyes.

Alan's lightning rod started to twitch.

"What are you two doing?" a cold voice echoed through their ears.

Hannah woke up from her stupor and traced her head towards the voice.

A tall cat woman with black hair and pink eyes stood glaring at Alan. she looked a bit similar to Hannah.

She had a group of soldiers behind her, with swords and spears. They murmured among themselves glancing at Hannah and Alan.

Alan got up immediately and held Hannah's hand. Which surprised Hannah, but she didn't refuse his touch and gripped his hand tighter.

The woman narrowed her eyes after witnessing Alan's and Hannah's actions.

"Hannah who is he? And what are you doing here?" she asked in a calm tone, "did I not ask you to stay in the castle, I told you I will ta father after I come back"

"...uhh,..he"

"I am Alan carter" Alan introduced himself interrupting Hannah, he didn't know the situation Hannah was in.

Hannah seems to know the women in front of them, and by her appearance, they could be related.

"…umm, carter huh" she pondered for a while and continued "what business do you have here"

"… sister, he.." Hannah stopped immediately as her sister glared at her.

'Sister?'

"We have a common goal," Alan said as he flashed a small smile. He had to be on the good side of his future sister-in-law.

Hannah's sister flashed a smile as she saw Hannah blushing holding Alan's hand.

The tall woman waved her hand at Hannah, Hannah went forward to talk to her sister.

Five minutes later…

Hannah walked back to Alan with a bright red face.

"… ah, Hannah what happened, is something wrong" Hannah wouldn't answer, she kept staring at the ground blushing.

Alan pulled up Hanna's chin and asked with a serious face "Tell me".

Hannah's face gleamed brighter and her body started heating up when Alan touched her.

Alan immediately thought to himself 'this again!'. He didn't know why Hannah gets turned on whenever he touches or gets close to her.

Hannah's sister walked towards Alan and introduced herself "I am Sarah smith, I am a princess of werecat kingdom and.." she flashed a sly smile at Alan "Hannah's sister…"

Sarah who witnessed this lovely scene spoke with a pleasant smile on her face "Alan, you better be ready!"

'Huh… what's with that smile? and what was that about being ready?' Alan didn't really understand anything.

Hannah's talk with her sister…

"Tell me, what happened?" Sarah asked in a neutral tone.

Hannah remained silent, feeling embarrassed to tell her sister.

Sarah asserted "you know only I could help you"

Hannah started telling the whole story of how she met Alan and what happened to her when she sniffed Alan's scent.

Sarah flashed a gentle smile "so u mean, he still doesn't the outcome of touching your years"

She asked in a normal tone "Do you like him?"

Hannah didn't know how to answer, she was known as a genius in the werecat kingdom. She often helps her father make political decisions.

But…

She didn't know how to answer the question.

Hannah kept thinking, she started to remember Alan's scent and her face turned red immediately.

Sarah spoke interfering with Hannah's thoughts "You still don't understand why you reacted to his scent"

She let out a short sigh "only the two of you inherited mothers' golden eyes"

"Hmm…" Hannah didn't know what was so special about her golden eyes.

After pondering for a couple of seconds Sarah spoke "I am sorry we kept it a secret from you, your body is a bit different from others, you see… you won't find any man attractive right?"

Hannah nodded

"that's because of your eyes, only people with golden eyes will have this complex. They wouldn't find anyone attractive. There are cases in history where people who had these golden eyes died being single. They wouldn't feel any kind of emotions towards the opposite sex. That's the reason we appointed female dames to protect and follow you."

"Then why do I have this feeling only about Alan?"

Sarah started explaining the reason "the people having golden eyes are only attracted to a particular scent, the scent will work like an aphrodisiac, making you crazy towards that person…"

After a pause she blurted it out "… sexually"

"And now you have found him, he touched your ears, tail" Sarah moved her face closer to Hannah's "has he touched elsewhere?"

Hannah shook her head aggressively.

"But there is a problem now…"

"What? A problem, have I not found Alan" Hannah asked with a confused expression on her face.

"The problem is that he is a human" Sarah crossed her arms and continued "u know how hostile are all species towards each other after the demon's invasion"

"Do u think father will approve of this?" Sarah questioned with a serious face.

Hannah's face became a deflated balloon. She hasn't felt this happy before.

"I can help you"

"Really sister!" Hannah exclaimed.

"…but only if I become the next queen" Sarah spoke with a serious face.

Hannah understood what her sister meant, she knew her father would listen to her sister as she was the eldest daughter, and if she was to become the next queen then Hannah wouldn't have any problem convincing her father.

"Ok sister I will help you become the next queen" Hannah responded immediately.

Hannah has found something precious to her, she didn't want to lose Alan to the throne.

Sarah's smile grew wider…

"Be careful of our sister, she has the golden eyes too" Sarah warned Hannah.

Hannah spoke with a serious face "I will"
