Author's Beginning Note

One of the things that I didn't like about Pokémon is that I didn't get to see Ash mature, especially after XYZ, the Serena scene. Furthermore, I disliked that they made him even less mature in the series after XYZ. Hence, I've decided that my goal for this novel is to see my character mature in the Pokémon world. My Pokémon knowledge is a little rusty, so I'll fill in the gaps with made-up stuff here and there.

Disclaimer: This is just a fanfic, so there's no money to be made.

Note: If you're going to write a review, please read like five chapters first so that I can actually get some constructive feedback to improve my writing.

New Note: People are asking why the villain tag is there. I do plan on making the MC a villain at one point or another. Thoughts?
