After everything had happened, they were both hungry and found a place to eat. Allen Peterson just returned Sasha Cortez to the orphanage, where her car was still parked. Allen Peterson also did not stop for too long, he drove back to the hospital to continue to work.

Allen Peterson performed an operation in the afternoon, he waited for schedules to be accomplished, as well as his time out. Allen Peterson was astonished to see Ava Smith’s shoes at the door when he returned home after entering the house. She arrived ahead of schedule. He looked around the place and noticed that Ava Smith's room is lit up. He coughed and walked to the door of Ava’s room and said, "Ava, why are you home so early?"
