Chapter 034 : The rising beast.

While walking to his place Black slightly turned his head sensing something towards the outskirts fields. He sniffed through the air and heighten his hearing forward. Listening through the area he felt nothing strange, but he still had a uncomfortable feeling. 

Black turned back his head walking inside his place. After he walked inside the room a mysterious shadowy figure dashed out the field. Five more dashed out pursuing after the first shadow. The shadows were for dire-wolves looking for livestock.

They had black fur and blue eyes, that glowed under a dark sky : The dire-wolf stood at a height of 10 feet, they were the apes of the food chain in the lands as they hunted in packs. Their primal skills and abilities far surpassed any other creature.

They were winding across the village searching for ranch were the livestock stayed. They sniffed through the air they quicky detected the whereabout of the ranch. The alpha dire-wolf dashed upfront leading the other six dire-wolves. The dire-wolves have strong powerful scent of smell that could caught a scent 10 miles.

After a while the dire-wolves had located the ranch where the livestock stayed. The creatures slowly approached the place as they footsteps made no noise. Walking out from the ranch a villager looked up in shocked seeing the dire-wolves. Before he could even start to run the alpha wolf dashed forward at him. The wolf torn the man head off from his body tossing the rest of the body aside. It slightly slide opening the already opened with its paw. 

Inside the ranch stood the livestock of cattle, pigs goats and sheep. The dire-wolves licked their mouth witnessing such a feast in front of them. Before they could munch down on the livestock, Black casually walked out from the other side next to the livestock. The dire-wolves growth at seeing him. 

"I knew I sensed something out there. What kinder of creature are you? You kinder remind me of myself," Black spoken walking through the livestock, he faced firm towards the dire-wolves direction. 

The alpha dire-wolf casually walked forward looking down on Black. Black smiled seeing the creature confidence shining through its eyes. The wolf lurched forwards widening up its mouth showing its sharp teeth, but likely Black dodged its mouth moving back towards the side. It continually lurched teeth towards Black forcing him to escape in range for the creature. 

Black firmly looked at the creature, he then pulled back his arm striking its jaw sending it up in air. He disappeared from the ground leaping through the air next the dire-wolf. He then swiftly kicked the creature head blowing it out of the room wall. The other dire-wolves looked up with odd and shocked seeing one of them easily handle. 

Black gently landed back towards the ground. He blankly stared at the rest of the dire-wolves. The dire-wolves walked backwards from him. The alpha dire-wolf stood up outside it growth deeper looking enraged at Black. The beast howled out loud it voice vibrant through the entire village. People walked out their houses alarm by the vibrant noise. 

On the outskirt of the fields loud turbulence could be heard throughout the distance. The loud turbulence came from the running of many dire-wolves heading towards the village. The alpha dire-wolf growth looking at Black side. 

Black sarcastically looked towards the side saying, "Huh, why are you angry with me, I am not the one came with notifying first." 

Reaching inside the village all the dire-wolves went on a rampage destroying every single thing in their path, attacking everyone they came across in the streets and they entered people houses attacking them from inside.

Black casually laughed and his eyes glowed red. Suddenly, a wave of aura began to envelop his body appearing in heatwave. Underneath his feet the ground began to crack with force from his aura pressure. Looking seriously he quickly lunged in front of the alpha dire-wolf. The six dire-wolves looking at him lunged at him towards different sides.

Black swiftly evaded their attacks in mid-air, his feet lend back the ground. A large smiled came out as he dashed fast at the wolves. One wolf growth as blue lightening covered its body, it compressed a beam of light through its mouth firing towards him, but Black easily dodged the blast disappearing in front of the wolf. He then appeared beside it punching it hard to the head sending the dire-wolf flying out of the ranch.

The other dire-wolves paused through witnessing the scene happening. They gave each other side glances before lunging themselves towards Black. Black lips widened with a large grin appear underneath. He calmly evaded all their attacks kicking two of the wolves to their necks knocking them down on the ground, and swung around one them with their tail throwing them further away. The two dire-wolves left calmly backed away from him running out the ranch. 

Suddenly, Black clenched his chest falling own on his knees experiencing sharp pain through his heart. A fire circle immediately surrounded him. He ripped off his top and a red tattoo began streaming throughout his arm enveloping it all.

Black hands started to extend large in size and his legs also extend after breaking every single bone in his body while undergoing the transformation. The fire circle shot up through the sky as the fire gain power and strength spinning into a spiral. 

After a while the fire dial back down a huge shadow standing inside the smoke. Two red glowing eyes slowly walked out from the smoke; He was covered with dark fur throughout his body. Black stood out from the smoke in his demon-wolf form. He shout a loud roar coursing the livestock to runout the ranch. 

In the Polyphemus island.

Standing in front of the cyclopes dwelling place. Ryan, Riley and Lennox saw the giant living a casual life as they were farming like people, and raised livestock also. Their lives were happy and simple. Riley clinched her hands walking forward, but Ryan placed his hand in front of stopping her. She abruptly stared at him puzzled. 

"Why are you stopping me?" Riley confusedly glared up at Ryan for stopping her. The cyclopes that they came here to destroy were right in front of them. R

"You think you can defeat a cyclops alone," Ryan replied with a serious voice. Riley gritted her teeth knowing his words were true. Analysing her past words of defeating the giants, she could only see defeating two or three cyclopes. The giants were quite large in size almost taller than the forest trees. They were even taller than the creatures in the demon realm. It was her first meeting a creature she could see herself doubting to defeat. 

"We do not need to fight them," Ryan said walking out towards the cyclopes land. Riley tried to stop him but he continued to walk further. Lennox followed him from behind leaving Riley alone. 

The cyclopes turned their head seeing those three approaching their side. One of the giant walked towards Ryan pulling out its hands. Riley thought the giant was attacking them, so she clenched her hand towards the giant. But the cyclops called out Ryan name smiling excitedly at him. 

Riley paused with confusion of the giant behaviour. She was surprised that the creature knew Ryan name, and it spoke to him like a friend. The cyclops placed down it hand, both Ryan and Lennox got on top of the giant hand. Riley was in disbelief at the two actions.
