Gu Huanhuan returned to the hotel and had barely lain down when Zhao arrived with the items from the pharmacy.

Eager to know the result, Gu Huanhuan hurried to the bathroom.

Moments later, she stood there in a daze, her intuition confirmed. Her mind went blank. Although she had always wanted a child, the reality felt like a dream.

She emerged from the bathroom a few minutes later, a mysterious look on her face.

"Did I guess right?" Zhao was even more anxious, but knowing her trustworthiness, Gu Huanhuan nodded and shared the good news.

"That's wonderful! Your baby will be adorable. You should tell Dr. Wen the good news right away," Zhao laughed.

Just then, her familiar ringtone interrupted their conversation. Gu Huanhuan glanced at the caller ID and froze. Speak of the devil.
