Chapter 4: Amazon Lily Part 3

Hancock's bed chambers

{3rd Person's POV}

Soon after, both Ainz and Hancock broke the hug slowly and looked at each other warmly, their foreheads touching, nose brushing against one other. Both of them got up and went to the banquet room together, holding hands with a bright smile on their faces. Both Boa sisters followed but with shocked faces as they still could not comprehend what was happening, not noticing that Elder Nyon was still passed out on the floor and leaving her there to regain her senses.

-Banquet Area in the Palace-

When all of them arrived, Hancock was furious to see that there was no food being served and began to question her chefs with her cruel demeanor. The chefs told her that she was early and the food was now being prepared, but before Hancock could reply, Ainz made a line of different cuisines using his devil fruit ability, filling up all the tables so that everyone had their fill. Everyone in the area was shocked, including Hancock but Ainz explained that his devil fruit could supply the whole island with everything they need forever, so they do not need to rely on plundering other pirate ships or coming into contact with any "man" ever again. They could live out their lives comfortably. Even so, there were some Kuja that were like Hancock at first, hating his presence and not believing him, shouting things like he wants to do bad things to other Kujas. However, they were quickly put in their place by mere glare of Hancock, indicating for them to stop or there will be repercussions for them.

After the banquet started, some were still skeptical about the food made in thin air, thinking it was some sick trick made by Ainz but seeing their Empress dig in to the food happily, they dig in as well and were swept off their feet, the food was the best they ever tasted. Although at first some of the Kuja were skeptical about Ainz being there, he was quickly accepted by everyone and now, everyone on the island loves him and worships him like they do with Hancock. This of course brought a smile on Ainz's face as the citizens were happy and safe. Elder Nyon showed up half way and demanded to speak to Ainz in private but Hancock insisted to follow. So, the three of them made their way to Hancock's chamber, leaving all the Kujas sad as they wanted to spend more time with Ainz and also, wanting to know more about "males".

In the chamber, Elder Nyon confirmed that what Ainz said was indeed the truth but she was confused about the family of 'D' being an enemy.

'Wait what!? My lie is actually the truth?! Hmm so that means I was transported here for a reason…' thought Ainz as he spaced out to think about his purpose here, but his plan has not changed one bit, he still stuck to his plan of world domination with a crew of beautiful strong women under the name of the Kuja. The reason he wanted to credit the success to the Kuja Pirates is because Ainz is a huge fan of Amazon Lily, the woman only country, the dream of every man, being their ruler is like a dream come true and since he really liked Hancock, everything worked out well.

"Excuse me, are you there? Hello?"Elder Nyon shouted in frustration as Ainz was not paying attention to what she was asking. "

"Oh sorry I was thinking about the events recently" replied Ainz as he was snapped out of his focus.

"First off, what is your name and how old are you?" Elder Nyon asked, wanting to know him better and confirm her suspicion if he was really the chosen one described from the ancient poneglyphs.

"My name is Ainz Gremory, I am currently 18 years old and regarding your question earlier, the family of 'D' tricked everyone, especially that despicable Gold D Roger. I can bet that he destroyed all the Poneglyphs around the world that show the true nature of the 'D' family and only kept the Poneglyphs that displayed the 'D' family as a victim of the World Government. I am also certain that the so-called gods do not even know the true history of the world apart from their ancestors so it is understandable that you may be confused about this," Ainz replied in an angry manner to show that he was serious about what he said, even though he just waffled his way through.

"So it is true, the prophecy is actually true! The Gremory family will help the Kuja to take back their glory and rightful place in the world one day, and the person will somehow originate from the shadows in one of the islands in the Calm Belt. Follow me, I have something to show you that might be of interest to what you just said." Elder Nyon said hurriedly and Ainz and Hancock just followed while locking their fingers together.

"This is..a Ponoglyph? Why wasn't I informed and notified about this before?" demanded Hancock as this was her first time seeing it under the basement of the Palace. She at first have doubts about what Elder Nyon said but was quickly excited and grateful about the turn of the events that take took place recently, she finally found her fated man, a man amongst men, not only that, the man is destined to help her country and most importantly, he was the one that changed her frozen heart into a warm, loving one, to which she was happy that she can finally trust someone and call him without hesitation, her other loving half. Hancock continued " So if what you say is true, then how could you read this poneglyph? If I am not mistaken, only the scholars from Ohara and the three eyes tribe can decipher the Poneglyphs and they are long gone."

"Before I became Empress, a woman named Nico Olivia came here in search of reading the Poneglyphs and wrote the coded message in a way that we could understand. However, when Olivia said that the Poneglyphs she read at the other island did not add up at all with the Poneglyphs here, she left to investigate further but never came back and later died. After that, when I became Empress, I gave up hope that this message is true until today" Elder Nyon said clearly with excitement in her eyes.

'That wasn't covered in the anime at all the heck?!' , thought Ainz as he knew everything in One Piece due to being a hardcore fan of the series, so this came as a shocker to him, as expected of the legendary Oda to come up with something like this !

Ainz interrupted Elder Nyon saying "From what you said, it seems that someone has been spying on Nico Olivia, don't you think so? Think of it this way, why wasn't she noticed by others when she visited the other islands that housed the Poneglyphs that painted the 'D' family as victims of the World Government? Why was she only executed at Ohara after coming to Amazon Lily for the Poneglyph? Doesn't this seem too much of a coincidence? I think someone from the World Government like Cipher Pol or a spy from the revolutionary army has been following her. My hunch is the latter. The reason being all the known Poneglyphs paint the World Government in a bad light so this boils down to only the revolutionary army's doing. They must have sent an anonymous tip to someone high up in the World Government to inform them of Nico Olivia's discovery, so the World Government will take action instead and that saves the revolutionary army's resources and time."

"Ahhhh as expected of my beloved ! So smart and perfect ! Hancock squealed with a blush, looking at Ainz with a lovestruck face. Ainz blushed lightly, still not used to Hancock's praises, accidentally said "T-Tha-aank y-you my lovely wife" in a low voice that only could be heard by Hancock. Hancock blushed even more and just looked down on the floor fidgeting and muttering to herself " Ky-yaa-aaa-aa is this what they call a proposal?" Even so, Ainz still picked it up and whispered in her ears saying he would surprise her, to which Hancock simply nodded. Meanwhile, Elder Nyon was beyond shocked as what Ainz said had made sense and now, she looked at him in a different light, smiling at the exchange between Hancock and Ainz as it reminded her during her younger days. As much as she wanted to ask further, she simply let them be and decided to ask further another day.

"You know you still can ask me anything right?" Ainz said to Elder Nyon that was staring at them with awestruck eyes. Elder Nyon, not wasting any chances, was curious about Ainz's attitude and asked " How are you so mature despite being 18 years old and having so much knowledge of this world despite never leaving Rusukaina Island? You must be quite young when the attack happened and normally, kids will forget what other people tell them after a while." Ainz knew this question was coming and simply replied " I don't know everything, I just know what I know". XD

"So, what is your plan now?" Elder Nyon asked further. Ainz knew that Elder Nyon was trustworthy and told her and Hancock his plan in detail of hunting strong, legendary and rare devil fruits to make the ultimate devil fruit using his devil fruit, the Make-Make fruit. He elaborated his awakened devil fruit abilities and both Elder Nyon and Hancock looked at him with widened eyes, not knowing that a devil fruit this overpowered existed. He further continued that he planned to gather a crew consisting of strong, powerful and influential people, and since Amazon Lily is a female only country, he will only recruit female pirates. Hancock hearing this pouted and to his surprise, she did not get angry as she knew that a wonderful man like Ainz will certainly attract many females. She simply said that she must personally approve of those females before they could join. To this, Ainz happily accepted, thanking her by hugging her and giving her a peck on the cheek. Hancock just began her episode of being in love struck mode again.

Although Ainz was happy, he was still unsure whether Hancock would accompany him on his journey. So, in his most genuine and gentle voice, he pulled out a ring case with a snake themed diamond ring, got down on one knee and said " Will you marry me and accompany me on my journey as my future queen of the world?" He was also unsure how Hancock would react due to them meeting only for a few hours but he didn't have much worries as this is an anime world and doesn't follow normal logic. Hancock cried tears of happiness and hugged him while saying YES over and over and declaring that she will go anywhere he wants. Ainz, feeling ecstatic, slipped the ring onto her finger immediately and both shared a heartfelt kiss. Elder Nyon was shocked that she couldn't bring herself to speak properly but Ainz walked over to her and asked Elder Nyon's permission for Hancock's hand in marriage. Needless to say, Elder Nyon regains her composure and says she has already thought of him as her son in law and wishes them all the happiness. Hancock, touched by this gesture, hugged Elder Nyon for the first time in years, apologizing to her for being mean all these years and thanking her for raising her up even when she did not have to do so. Ainz looked at both of them, happy that everything turned out good between them.

Ainz then spoke up in a serious tone that got both Elder Nyon and Hancock's attention, " So now that we are family, how would you like to enjoy eternal youth?" Both of them knew about this as Ainz had already explained his devil fruit's abilities and they were super grateful for this. What shocked them is that Ainz plans to make all the citizens of Amazon Lily immortal. There was a moment where both of them were in their deep thoughts and Hancock after thinking through smiled sadly and said "Are you sure you want to do this? You have already done so much for us. You have helped us permanently eliminate our food and materials shortage and to top it off, you will also risk your life to help the Kujas reclaim our honor. Most importantly, you gave me so much love and happiness when I thought I no longer have it in me." Hancock finished saying with tears in her eyes and Ainz said confidently " Hancock, I love you with all my heart and I will do anything for you just to see your smile everyday. Since I was young, I have already wanted to help Amazon Lily and don't worry, I will be okay. After all, I have you by my side amirite? Lastly, I see Amazon Lily as my home country and this makes everyone in the Island my family!" Elder Nyon was stoic but Ainz could sense her excitement at this and took this that she agrees as well.

The Boa sisters came rushing in to find Hancock to tell her it was already night and dinner was prepared already. All three of them did not realize many hours had already passed. They all made their way to the banquet room and Hancock waited for all the citizens to gather before making an official announcement, getting all the citizens' attention.
