The main crew had docked within St. Poplar for many days and begun to resupply on many materials and Alfred helped to investigate parts of the island and gather more information.

Thanks to his help, the black market was found where Franky had purchased the Adam Wood for the Straw Hat crew.

After a lot of investigation had been completed preparing her, Alyssia sent Alfred to resupply the ship and purchase some less legal materials for her research along with some metals and other tools that she was in need of.

Since Yvie and Liushi were not too busy, she sent them to protect Alfred while he carried out his duties.

She also told him to look out for special tribes of humans or special races within the the black market.

Since St. Poplar had some ties with the underworld, slave trade should be something that they provide along with their long list of activities and trade.

Following her request, he brought back a man from the Ice Continent who was tall, pale and had icy blue flowing hair.

This reminded her of one of the captains belonging to Whitebeard named Whitey Bay.

During the major war, her Icebreaker ship that was built with a metal plated steel hull played a big role in breaking through Aokiji's ice.

Later she rarely appeared in the manga or anime but she was seen on Whitebeard's ship during his earlier years when Oden joined him.

Unfortunately she lost her battle with Edward Weevil who claimed to be Whitebeard's heir after they got into a small argument.

After recalling this ship, she had some idea about her future ship designs and now that she had found someone skilled with various metals including steel, the reality of a ship with a metal hull would become a reality sooner or later.

However what interested her the most was appearance and genes of the people of the Ice Continent who had become accustomed to and adapted to the cold environment.

Among several human tribes, the people of the Ice Continent had the most balanced body type and possessed very good potential and beauty.

Even the man in front of her seemed to possess a special charm about him so she had decided that this man would be needed greatly.

However it was not from attraction to the opposite gender but purely for research purposes.

After collecting many samples from him and going back to her research, she was discovering many things and getting closer to her first success in her experiment.

She spent up to another week docked within St. Poplar until she decided to go out to spend her points once more.

After taking the Sea Train, she arrived at Water Seven where she had intended to visit eventually but given the opportunity and with the right timing, she made the trip.

Absorbing many experiences and knowledge concerning ship building was one thing she wished for but there was some other goals in mind too.

While visiting the ship yard and encountering Lucci, Kaku and the others, even running into Iceberg and Kaliffa, Alyssia was able to absorb all of their martial arts and climbing skills and purchase the necessary upgrades needed for her Six Powers.

Kaliffa was the most useful to her martial arts because she was also a woman and best knew how to efficiently use her body without wasting any movements.

Kaku had very high climbing abilities making him able to freestyle run through Water Seven with ease so she coveted this skill along with his mastery over Tempest Kick and Flying Wind Blades allowing him to use a four sword style that could even give Zoro some difficulty fighting.

What she had most interest in right now was the seventh power capable of releasing an attack similar to an Impact Dial and Life Return so upon enquiring into the various ships up for sale, she was able to gain a little freedom to walk around and get close enough to purchase them.

After that, she made a trip to the bar and met Blueno while enjoying a drink.

Franky appeared with the two sisters so she was able to purchase some of the mechanical and shipbuilding knowledge from him into her engineering and shipbuilding skills while purchasing his mechanical body modification skill with the rest of her points.

After leaving after emptying her points, she took out a piece of paper and followed the direction that it was leading her towards within the island.

Within a ship storage room was many people that she knew along with their battleship.

They had arrived on Water Seven around a week ago and had gradually adapted to the culture there.

After arriving back on the sea from Skypiea, they continued to travel along their route until they finally reached Water Seven.

After listening to their tales, Alyssia understood many of the trials they had faced while she was away. "So these are my hew crew members… you sure do know how to pick them. I will be leaving soon so there is something that I need from some of you. Those with shipbuilding abilities will remain here and get a job at Gallery La to hone your abilities, I will provide you all with a blueprint soon so that you can work on it slowly. I expect this project to take some time and I will not rush you all. What I want is a ship built with a metal hull and designed to handle various situations so I will draw up some ideas. Those of you with other roles, use this time to study and train to the best of your abilities or gain some experience."

Tristan was very busy researching her medical field so she needed a place to settle down for a while and gain a little experience so setting up a medical booth or gaining experience in a hospital was something she could do.

Carrot and Clifford required time to train and master the techniques that she was passing onto them and so did the others that she had provided a booklet about the Six Powers that they were to train in.

Archie was best suited for to be in Water Seven because he wished to learn more about ship building.

Ashwin needed to learn from the new books that he had gained to further his Dial research while his sister Aizah needed to practice her shooting to be able to survive better on the seas of the Grand Line.

She spent the day with them giving them some demonstrations and writing new training plans for them to suit their current bodies while shamelessly asking Clifford and Archie to provide her with many different kinds of samples from their body.

The next day she left by the Sea Train and left them all to adjust to their new life.

Visiting several of the Islands connected to Water Seven, she went around purchasing many things to be delivered to herself at St. Poplar or to the address on Water Seven.

A large amount of wood and metal was sent to the Water Seven address while she spent the rest of her berries towards sending any rare materials to her ship on St. Poplar.

After returning and locking herself up in her research and after gaining additional samples, the success rates started to become more and more as time passed.

Within her reconstructed research room underneath the deck of the ship, she looked towards the two woman who had been placed under some kind of control by her that made their mood stable and willing to follow orders easily, "Just a little more time and the true experiments can begin."

Using a combination of hypnotism and Judges method to keep his sons and Reiju completely loyal and under his control, Alyssia was able to make it so that they would not be able to go against her, they would not try to go against her wishes and harm anyone or themselves and finally their mood would not go out of control and affect the outcome of the experiment.

She had helped them remain healthy for the next stage of the experiment but she also needed them to not be in any emotional distress or she would have to waste many months for nothing.

There was the option of putting them into a medically induced sleep but the overall costs were too much and she wanted everything to go as naturally as possible.

She went deep into research until she finally cracked everything within the genetic codes and gained a hundred percent success rate on both experiments.

One woman was implanted with the newly designed growing life form made from her own genes and the genes belonging to the Ice Continent slave while the other was made from a pure Mink bloodline and modified and designed to create another new life form.

After completing her task, she went around the islands spending her skill points to upgrade each of her skills to the best of her abilities and bought the materials needed to continue her research while she was away.

After completing the initial stages of project Zero, she went on to research further into the cyborg body modifications as the ship set sail towards the next destinations.

There was many Eternal Poses left to use from her collection so turning back and going to other islands within Paradise was something that she wished to do before entering the New World.
