Afterwards, the paper was crumpled into a ball and crushed.

The next day.
Len Hawthorne didn't make breakfast, but Austin Godfrey got up early and prepared it, sitting at the table waiting for Len.
Len glanced at the breakfast on the table, picked up a serving, and left.
Austin frowned, "Today, I'll investigate further and try to contact that Alan Mercer."
Len was already far away.
But he could hear Austin's words.
Len's eyes slightly narrowed.
Austin was taking a risk.
Since someone was taking the initiative, he wouldn't stop them.
There was a knock on the back window of Room 5. Chloe opened the window to see a handsome man holding breakfast for her.
"Not made by you?" She could tell by the smell.
Len paused, then smiled, "Dog nose!"
Chloe still took it, "Do you plan to hang around here all the time?"
Len crawled into the room and glanced at her modest nightgown, "If you're not used to living here, you can come to my place at night."
