BITCH FIGHT

The rest of the drive was pretty silent as Noah didn't initiate a talk or bother to even glance at the girls. His focus was on the road and he seemed to be immersed in it as it meant too much to him. His eyes were that of a man who came back to his home country after serving in military for couple of years. Ren also didn't bother to talk or disturb the boy as her focus was on the road ahead.

The roads were pretty busy and the number of vehicles were so much for Lia to comprehend. Different type of vehicles, different colours and the number of people travelling in it varied. Some where in the vehicle which was similar to the one she was sitting while others were small and open for two people. She observed how different each and everyone dressed up and the bright colours flashing by.

Lia accidently put her hands out to feel the cold breeze that was passing by but hit her hands on one of the man who was riding a bike. He almost slipped but managed to stop the bike without falling. Lia whimpered as she hurriedly pulled her hands in and looked at Ren and Noah. The car was stopped and Ren quickly got off the car and ran to the man who was about to throw a fist.

"Why the fuck did you do that? Are you crazy for real?" Noah asked as he looked back at her immediately.

"I didn't know." She said as she rubbed her hands as her shoulder joint was hurting really bad.

"You are too curious about everything, right? Are you a kid or what?" He groaned as he looked out of the car through the window to see Ren handing some money to the man.

"What is happening?" Lia asked once again as Ren was taking longer time.

"You literally made us debted to her. We need money at the earliest if we want to live here and now you again added to the list. I swear, I will make you do the labor work here if that's what it takes." He spat at her and immediately went silent noticing Ren getting back to the car.

"That guy was a little tough to handle." She huffed while taking a bottle of water to calm herself down.

"I am sorry for her." Noah apologized as he didn't know how Ren would react to them especially after he realized she doesn't approve Lia.

"It is not your fault so don't be sorry." She mouthed but left a glare at Lia who just hung her head down immediately.

She was not the type to take in any kind of mistreatment or arrogance because she was always the one who received respect and attention from others. the situation has changed so much that she had to endure everything for the sake of her safety. She wanted to attack Ren a lot of times but held back because of Noah and her cubs. She cannot transform into the wolf form while carrying and hence her powers were almost like normal humans.

The car stopped soon enough in front of a building which looked like tower for them. It was so tall that Lia couldn't even see the top of it but that didn't stop her from being curious so she tried to put her head out to observe more. Noah was watching her actions through the mirror and sighed because of her stupidity. He didn't say anything to not catch Ren's attention but he subtly pushed her knees with his hands through the small gap between the seat and the door.

"Uhh." Lia immediately took the hint and sat back.

"This is where I stay." Ren said parking the car in her reserved lot.

"Hmm, which floor? Will it be hard for me to go up or is there any easy way?" He asked hoping out of the car.

"I can get a wheel chair for you if you want." She said but Lia as usual interfered.

"No, I can help him upstairs." .

"This is the where you would stay." Ren said as she opened the guest room for Lia.

She looked inside and instantly felt the urge to run away because everything looked opposite of what she ever had. The bed was not so big and there was a small table next to it and something on it which she had no idea about. The window was small and closed behind a piece of cloth which was hanging. The opposite side of the room had some cup boards and shelves. A pretty decent room for a person to survive but that was not her style of living.

"Do you like it?" Ren asked as she didn't get any response from the girl.

"Hmm, how will we both sleep in this small bed?" Lia asked Noah who gave her a confused look.

"What do you mean by both? Noah is sharing the room with me because I have to take care of his leg."

"It is just a small cut, you don't have to sleep with him in order to treat that cut." Lia snapped back at her as she stood in front of Noah as if she was defending him.

"What is with you in this? I have only two rooms here and my bed is bigger than this so I offered him to share it with me."

"He will share with me, it is not a big deal."

"This is my house and I am the one who is letting him use my room."

Soon they both started to fight and Noah was slightly taken aback by it because that would be the first time someone is fighting for him. He walked over to the couch and sat down hoping to rest his leg for some time as it was hurting from the stairs climbing just because Lia refused to ley him use the wheel chair. He looked at them still fighting over it but lowkey he enjoyed the attention which they were showering on him.

"If you both are done figuring that out please wake me up." He said lying down on the couch.

"Uhh, this must be uncomfortable for you. Please, use my room and get freshen up." Ren said immediately rushing to the boy making Lia groan.
