(Shun's POV)

After I killed the Vorpal Bunny, I looked at the treasure chest that appeared on top of the throne when I successfully killed it. I pondered for a while as to what I should do next, check my new skills or check the treasure box but, eventually, the desire to get a new item won.

Looking at the treasure chest, I noticed that it was quite large. Nine feet wide, six feet deep, and three feet tall.

This should be my second time seeing a treasure chest after that one with the Humming Tempest, but I still couldn't help but gulp with anticipation. A wave of nervous excitement shot through me as I approached it.

Slowly, I lifted the lid of the chest and peered inside.

"Ooohhh!!" Due to my excitement, I didn't notice that my voice shot up like an item excited kid who just got a new toy. I couldn't help it, okay?

Inside the chest, there are three items. One is a katana with a milky white blade with a golden colored tsuba(guard), kashira(pommel), and same(the diamond shaped things on a katana's handle).

The second one is another katana with a completely different color scheme than the first one. If the first katana is filled with bright colors, this one have a darker color scheme. With a pitch black blade, and crimson red intricate designs, the katana couldn't look more ominous.

These weapons look familiar to me, but I couldn't put a finger on where I saw them. However, after seeing the last equipment, I finally knew where I saw them.

The last piece of equipment is a silver colored boots that are eerily similar to the boots of the Vorpal Bunny I fought earlier.

"So the equipments look familiar because it was the items that the Vorpal Bunny are using, but bigger."

While I was doing my inner monologue, I of course didn't forget to check the description of these equipments.

One-of-a-kind equipment exclusive to the first player to solo a dungeon boss on their first attempt. Only one per dungeon. This equipment can not be traded, gifted, or dropped.

Soul Consuming Ancient Blade • Akujiki

Restores 1% of the user's mana on each hit. Upgrades each time the blade consumes 200% MP. Indestructible.

Skill Slot: Empty

Blood Devouring Cursed Sword • Muramasa

Increases the user's STR by 1% on each hit(Caps at 200%). Upgrades each time the blade consumes 200% of the enemy's blood. Indestructible.

Grants the user the [Vorpal Dance] skill.

Curious about this [Vorpal Dance] skill, I checked its description. What I saw next left me dumbfounded.

✽✽[Vorpal Dance]✽✽

The unique skill of the Vorpal Bunny. It requires the user to sheathe and draw his blade every time he hits an enemy three times with his weapon, granting the user 2% Attack Speed and 4% Drawing Speed every five seconds. This buff can stack until the requirements can no longer be met.

[Skills]:

• "Blink"

- Can be triggered after 3 strikes. Allows the user to instantly disappear and reappear at any location 2m around him.

• "Triple Strike"

- Can be triggered after 5 strikes. Allows the user to attack an enemy three times simultaneously.

• "Piercing Displacement"

- Can be triggered after 10 strikes. A charge that allows both sword and user to pierce through and appear behind the target.

These sets of skills on this specific equipment seems to be telling him to be more agility centric.

Speed is the only thing a fighter truly needs! The user's Strength(STR) is now equivalent to 50% of the user's maximum Agility(AGI).

Acquisition Condition: Eat the flesh of the Vorpal Bunny.

✽✽[Untouchable Phantom]✽✽

Passively increases the user's AGI by 1.5 times.

Acquisition Condition: Kill the Vorpal Bunny without receiving any damage.

Passively increases the user's DEX by 1.5 times. Each successful strike at an enemy's vital points increases the user's STR by 1%(Caps at 50%).

Acquisition Condition: Kill every enemy you encounter with a fatal blow and reach level 20.

✽✽[Flash of Life]✽✽

The ultimate skill of the Vorpal Bunny. Perform an incomparably fast dashing thrust, normal thrust, or strike against a target's most vital points(throat, head, or heart). If successful, it directly kills the target. If unsuccessful, deal 250% damage, and applies a 3 second paralysis on the target.

Cooldown: 2 minutes 30 seconds. If this skill succeeds in instantly killing a target, the cooldown of this skill is refreshed.

Acquisition Condition: Kill the Vorpal Bunny with a single decisive strike at his vital point.

If I was just a broken character before fighting the Vorpal Bunny, I am now officially an extremely broken character. There's no doubt about it.

"Are the developer's telling me to quickly end their game or something? Giving such skills at the first layer of their game is straight up nuts…"

I mean, even though I received such skills, the one who made these available to whoever completes these ridiculous requirements should be fired.

Eh, I changed my mind, because he made such a badass boss, he should get a raise instead.

(3rd Person's POV)

Inside a place unknown to all the players, a group of individuals could be seen quarreling amongst themselves. The reason was because, in front of them where a large screen is, the video feed of Shun acquiring the skills that he got is displayed for all of them to see.

"Which idiot's idea was it to create that ridiculous boss, ridiculous skill requirements, and ridiculous skills, huh!? Who was it!?"

"It was you. Isn't the Vorpal Bunny the boss you were so proud of? You even said that no one could ever hope to beat it or something…"

"I did? Achaa! Why am I so stupid! Heck, who knew that such a freak would appear and absolutely demolish my magnificent work! That rabbit was supposed to be introduced at the tenth layer!"

"I remember that you even prepared such a grand entrance for it, right? All of those are gone now, replaced by the grand entrance of an absolutely broken character."

While the two are conversing, the other individuals also joined in on their conversation.

"He's already broken at first to begin with. Now, with his innate ability, paired with those sets of equipments and skills, I don't see anyone beating him anytime soon…"

"Is this guy even human? If we nerf his skills, could we weaken him somehow?"

"I think not. If you could somehow think of a way to nerf the person himself, we wouldn't be in this dilemma though."

All of the individuals released a sigh fully knowing that they could not, for the life of them, do what the last guy suggested.

(Shun's POV)

After my initial surprise, I switched gears and searched the throne room for a little girl named Winona. In my search, I eventually found the girl sleeping on top of a fluffy white bed inside a prison room.

Eh, looks like the Vorpal Bunny was kind enough to provide for this girl's comfortable stay inside his dungeon. Since I don't know if the mother of this kid could hold on any longer due to the stress she is feeling and her illness, I decided to wake the girl up.

"Winona-chan, your mother is looking for you." I said while shaking the girl's shoulders.

It looks like the mere mention of her mother is enough to wake up the girl. She shot up from her bed and faced me without a single trace of sleepiness on her face.

"Where's Mom!? Is she alright adventurer-san!?"

I was slightly taken aback by this little girl's energy but, seeing the worry written all over her face, I immediately replied to her.

"Your mother is alright. I made sure that she's staying inside your house before going here. Now, did you find the Bayleaf Grass that you are looking for?"

"Yes!"

"Good, then let's go. I'll send you to the village."

Wearing my new equipments which absolutely seem out of place due to my newbie equipments, I piggybacked Winona as I used my [Body Flicker], [Blink], and [Piercing Displacement] to travel faster. Since only [Body Flicker] costed some MP, I could relax and leisurely kill any monster we come across while traveling through the forest.

Being the kid that she is, Winona seems to be enjoying the ride as she would sometimes let out a delighted squeal whenever I'm using my blink skills to travel faster. With my newfound AGI, which is now 1,065, I traveled at blistering speeds and managed to arrive at the village in a matter of minutes.

Once I arrived at the house of Winona and her mother, we saw her mother waiting just outside of their house's door. When she saw her daughter tearfully run towards her, safe and sound, the single mother could no longer bare it and cried tears of joy.

I only watched them from the side as I didn't want to interfere on their reunion.

While hugging her daughter within her arms, the auntie suddenly addressed me.

"Thank you. Thank you so much for bringing my daughter, safe and sound. As our gratitude, please accept this armor set that my late husband left us!"

When she said this, a notification telling me that I completes my mission resounded.

「You completed the quest [Search And Rescue The Village Girl Winona!]」

「You acquired the [Blade Demon] Equipment Set」

Since it is out of the goodness of her heart, I decided to accept it gratefully, immediately equipping it without any hesitation. Now, I completely removed all of my beginner equips as I donned a new armor set and equips.

I am now wearing a light silver light armor with a black, sleeveless shirt inside. On my arm was a lightweight, silver protector, with black and golden fingerless gloves.

On my lower body was a pair of black pants. On top of that was a light leg guard and a metal belt. With the pair of silver boots I'm wearing, my get up is completed.

Since I don't have any head accessory at the moment, the white hair I have right now is left swaying through the wind. Eh, this isn't half bad. I look like a white knight or something with this set of equipments.

Hey, even my status got a major revamp from the previous one after I finished allocating all of my stat points.
