“No, I can protect you better at my place. Get packed and get out the carrier and food for the little beast. The eggs and potatoes will be ready in a few minutes.” Jamie grumbled, but did as he was told.

Bull seemed less angry this morning; probably because he was getting his way. Jamie dressed for work and came out to the dining area.

“Who decorated this place?” Bull could see more in the daylight. “It looks very masculine.”

“A twink can’t be masculine? I bet I can bench press more of my own body weight than you can.” Jamie knew he sounded smug.

“Someday I’ll take you up on that.” Bull dished out the food.

Jamie looked at the plate. His stomach roiled. “Why don’t you eat the bacon and eggs? I’ll make myself some toast.”

“What’s wrong with the meal?” Bull dug in.

“Nothing, but my stomach is still rocky from the drug last night,” Jamie answered.

“Will you be able to work today?” Bull asked, looking disgusted at Jamie’s perceived weakness.
