"What is it?" Shen Li asked with a polite voice. 

"Master Shen, my request is a bit excessive," Guo Zian lowered his voice and glanced at his wife before saying to Shen Li, "It's like this, one of my brothers is pregnant but when Master Xiao came to cause trouble, he pushed him down. Though this brother of mine somehow managed to keep his pregnancy intact, his condition is not good." 

"I am also worried about him and his child. If you don't mind, can you help me find a few good things that would strengthen the pregnancy of my brother? I heard from Sister Yu that you are learning about medicinal herbs. I will be thankful if you can help me and my brother." 

He paused and added, "Please don't tell this to my wife, she refused me to ask for your help but honestly, I am running out of options."
