Chapter 26: Tiny Room

Staying in a cave quite a long distance away from the fused monster's corpse.

I have made it into my base.

Probably I'll be expanding on it in the future.

For now, I made a bed with leaves and wood with a new material I combined as a pillow.

It was called Lush Flora.

This made my bed at least a bit comfier.

I had tried to make a blanket as well but screwed it up as I had no more coins and Combine could not use those materials as they were a higher grade than it could handle.

With a heavy heart, I resigned myself to spend the night shivering in the cold.

Laying down on the bed, I began to fall asleep.

After my nice long sleep, I headed out to forage for my breakfast.

Using some mushrooms and leftover meat from yesterday, I made a simple stew.

My Split naturally helped me carve out the pot to store it in and I just used my hands to eat it.

Oh no.

The mushrooms were poisonous.

And the meat was still raw.

BLEAGHHHH!!!

I threw up next to the pot.

I really need to learn to make food.
