A One-Way Ticket To A Mental Hospital

Penelope was in the middle of watching one of the documentaries Roman recommended with a bowl of macaroni and cheese in her lap when she got the friend request from Harry and knew she was trapped. 

She had been working at Orchard Books for weeks and he hadn't bothered to send her one until now, when she had rejected Roman's requests. At first, she thought she was being paranoid. That maybe he had forgotten up until this point and only now thought of sending one. 

Then she got the text from Roman saying he had gotten her number from Harry. The coincidences were too much to ignore. The two of them were definitely together and talking about her. 

Penelope cursed her meddlesome boss. She couldn't turn his requests down and he knew it. She should have known getting involved with Harry was a bad idea!
