I stare a hole through the dumb blond cheerleading bitch. I've never seen such blatant flirting before. Well, I couldn't hear anything she was saying. I'm sure it was flirty and whorish. Ellie wraps an arm around me as Ulysses scores the first basket of the game with a three.

The crowd goes crazy, and my attention is taken off the cheerleader and on Ulysses. "Don't let her bother you, Hannah. Ulysses really likes you, and he isn't going to be taken that easily." Ellie's words ease me at first, but I listen to them again in my head.

She's making it sound like Ulysses can be taken away from me if I don't do something. She sees the look on my face and understands that I got her underlining message. "How can I make sure never to lose him..." The crowd goes crazy from a block from Ulysses.

He passes it up the court, and the shooting guard easily lays it in. Ellie sits back down from cheering and adopts a solemn expression. I'm falling really hard for Ulysses... It's hard to see him talking to other girls, but that isn't something I can stop. He has female friends and fans, and I know he will not cheat cause he hates cheaters.

Ellie takes a breath and looks at the female cheerleader. "Ulysses is a good man and has a bright future ahead of him. There isn't a cheating bone in his body, but that doesn't mean women won't try to tempt him. If you want to make sure you don't lose him, let him deal with them. If they get too friendly, he'll tell them that he has you. If you are constantly chasing off women that aren't trying to take him, he might be forced into rethinking his relationship with you." Ellie is too insightful for someone who isn't even 30 yet.

What she says makes a lot of sense. I need to let Ulysses handle things too, and as much as I don't like it. He's a responsible man, and I can trust him. It's these other bitches I don't trust. The crowd jumps up again from a beautiful pass that Ulysses made to the Power Forward.

He hits a nice baseline fade away. "I understand, Ellie... It's just hard, you know... Seeing the one you're with being chased by others..." She gives an aww and hugs me with one arm. "I'm just going to try and enjoy the game." Ellie smiles and nods her head in approval.

The score is 7-0 right now, and I'm doing exactly what Coach Rodgers wanted me to do this game. I'm getting my teammates involved and making sure there are plenty of opportunities for them.

The great thing about being an efficient scorer is I don't need to take a lot of shots to get my buckets. I can get my 40 to 50 points in under twenty shots. With my new badges, it's making it super easy for me to score, and it's making the Edwin players play worse. Both of my unique badges are working and doing their thing.

I'm passed the ball on the wing, and the defender is tight on me, and soon help defense arrives. The thing about double-teaming me is you leave another player open. I'm a fantastic passer too. I pass the ball to the open point guard, and he hits a nice mid-range basket.

Our team hasn't missed a shot yet, and Edwin High has missed all their shots. The players are already getting frustrated, and their coach is yelling for them to make specific plays. With my point guard bucket, that puts the score to 9-0. It's not looking pretty for Edwin.

I guard my match up, and the small forward is doing his best to get free of me, but I'm on him like glue. He can't get away for the play, and they are forced to take a slightly bad shot from the elbow. It goes in, and I can see some of the Edwin players take a breath.

Seeing the ball go through the net can help raise confidence. Since they scored, it finally makes this a game, figuratively, of course. The score is now 9-2, and we are on offense. There are about 5 minutes left in the first quarter, and there isn't a reason to stop getting my teammates involved.
