20. Kharisma Factory

Charlos was looking at his watch; it was nine in the morning. The car stopped in front of the Kharisma factory. Charlos got out of the car with his feet first. He used his shiny shoes, black coat with satin collar strips, light blue shirt, complete with a dark blue tie, and black trousers. His hair looked neat, by the way.

He put his hands in his trouser pockets while was looking at the high factory building. And then, he looked around and walked confidently, followed by his secretary.

Charlos was pretty sure that today, he would meet again with the woman who spoke well, who had dared to force him to tell him about Reva. Charlos couldn't believe the woman would keep shut her mouth, not telling anyone about his affair with Reva.

Actually, Rissa is a beautiful woman. Charlos smiled, remembering when Rissa, with her wet clothes, was about to hand over his jacket. Charlos immediately shook off the thought.

His feet steadily continued to walk towards the main lobby. Mr Agung was standing to greet him. And then, they shake hands. As usual, Mr Agung greeted him with his booming voice and laughter.

Mr Agung apologized that he couldn't take him around the factory today. So, his assistant will replace him. Finished talking, then Mr Agung left him.

The assistant appeared behind Mr Agung's back. Rissa smiled at him as pleasantly as possible. Well, there were no messy hair or wet clothes. She used pink lipstick on her lips. Her straight hair was left loose.

Charlos does not like women with straight hair because it looks limp. Anyway, the woman's hair didn't look so dull today. Probably, she had arranged it neatly.

After all, who cares about that woman's hair. Charlos would never glance at any woman again. However, he couldn't ignore this one, but he had to watch out for this girl.

Rissa's black shirt fits perfectly with her slim body. The skirt is grey, knee-length. Well, her tall body is quite impressive without the need to be propped up with high heels.

Rissa shook Charlos's hand respectfully as if nothing had happened yesterday. Charlos replied with his killer smile, but the woman didn't look him in the eye.

"Good morning Mr. Charlos! Welcome back to PT. Kharisma. I'm Carissa. Today I will guide you around the factory. Please, follow me."

Rissa walked ahead of Charlos. Her hands wrapped around the clipboard that held several documents together. First, Rissa took him to the raw material warehouse, then the foam kneading place.

Now, it was Charlos's turn to glance at Rissa occasionally. Her face looked so severe. Charlos didn't find the slightest hint of Rissa's attitude that indicated she was nervous or had said something wrong.

The Charisma Factory was massive. There are a lot of employees and workers. It would be unfortunate if Kharisma had to lay off so many workers. How difficult it is to have a factory.

At least, Charlos will save this company from bankruptcy. The hotels that he has built will all use mattresses made by Kharisma. The quality of the bed is excellent. After all, he needed a lot of mattresses for the Poseidon Hotel. It's really a very good time to do business with Kharisma.

They pass through the foam cutting area, the sewing room, and the spring bed attachment points. When Rissa was explaining the spring installation process, Charlos started to speak.

"Are you really used to this with everyone?"

"Excuse me, Sir?"

"You heard what I was talking about earlier." Charlos realized that there were dark circles under Rissa's eyes. Her eyes are also a little watery. It looks like she's not getting sleep enough.

"Sorry, but what do you mean? What kind of behavior? I don't understand," Rissa answered with an arrogant look.

"Acting like nothing happened, even though last night we were—"

"That ..." Rissa cut in "… called professionalism."

Rissa looks to glance at the secretary. "I'm just trying to be professional. Is there something wrong with me, Sir?"

The word 'last night' maybe cause Charlos's secretary a little curious. He was considering that nothing happened last night. By the way, Charlos would let his secretary use his imagination.

Charlos chuckled. "Professional huh? Okay." He turned his face and walked to the right ahead of Rissa.

"Excuse me, Sir."

Annoyed, he turned around. "What?"

"This way, Sir."

Rissa showed the way to the left and walked ahead. Charlos huffed in annoyance and was so embarrassing. When together with Rissa, it seems a bit difficult for him to act cool.

Anyway, they searched the packing place, warehouse, and expedition place. After the visit, the final destination is Mr Agung's room. As Rissa entered the elevator, Charlos followed her and closed the elevator immediately, leaving his secretary to wait outside for the next elevator.

Rissa was surprised. She looked at him with a fierce look. "Mr. Charlos? Why do you—"

"Hey! Don't even think about something in your mind! I won't do anything to you."

Charlos looked at that sexy woman. Her body fits perfectly with her black shirt. Well, the top button is left open. He glanced at her a little, which made her realized. So, he immediately turned his face away, swallowing his saliva.

"What do you want, Charlos?"

"Oh, you finished the formal talk, huh?" Charlos laughed. "Your attitude is easy to change. I thought ... Well ..." Charlos shrugged while shaking his head. "I don't really know about you yet, Carissa."

Charlos looked at the name tag hanging around Rissa's neck. The impression was still like he was looking at her chest. Rissa looked sullen.

"Charlos," he pointed to himself. "Carissa," then he pointed his finger at Rissa. That made him chuckled. "How about we go out for a bit to talk. Drink some coffee, maybe," Charlos wondered.

"I don't have time!" Rissa replied curtly.

"Why are you being cold to me? We should be good friends. I'm your work partner. If it was not because of me, we wouldn't have this kind of business."

Rissa rolled her eyes.

"Okay, okay." Charlos raised his hand in surrender. "I have to be nice to you, right? Didn't I already do it? Fine. Shall we have dinner?"

Rissa looked at Charlos in surprise. "What the ...."

"If you don't want to have dinner with me, it means I don't get good treatment from Kharisma. I could have canceled the contract," said Charlos with an innocent face.

"So, you're threatening me? It seems you didn't intend to cooperate with Kharisma from the first place. You always thinking about breaking the contract since yesterday." Rissa shook her head; her face looked annoyed.

Charlos chuckled. "Oh really? That's because I love seeing your face when you're upset. So, to make up for all your annoyance, you'd better have dinner with me."

"You should have dinner with Mr. Agung. Not me," said Rissa firmly.

"You're the one who took me on a tour of the factory. It's with you that I should have dinner."

Why did Charlos force her to dinner? This is foolish, but he had to do something to straighten things out before things got worse. He had to make sure that Rissa would keep her mouth shut about his relationship with Reva.

Rissa seemed to think for a moment. She lowered her head as she closed her eyes, and then she took a deep breath. She slowly let it out through her mouth and repeated it three times.

"What are you doing?" asked Charlos.

"Okay!" blurted Rissa. "You still owe me an explanation."

"Owe you an explanation?" Charlos suddenly laughed, but Rissa was silent. He's been laughing a lot lately.
